THE RESIDENCES
The Residence at Karma Kandara (Karma Villa Maria and Villa Grand Residence Nirvana), feature over 822 sqm (8847 sq ft) of pure luxury. With airy, spacious rooms highlighted by modem and traditional designs. Five en suite bedrooms are split acrosss 2 levels, with an incredible master bedroom on the second level with dramatic ocean vistas.
The lower level features the oversized living room, a dining table for ten, floor to ceiling windows which open out onto an exspansive private terrace with outside dining, BBQ and an oversized infinity pool. Located on the cliffs edge, this is the ultimate experience for families and small groups.
3 BEDROOM POOL VILLA
These three bedroom pool villas, have a spacious open plan living room, dining table for six and a fully equipped kitchen – allowing the space to function as a luxurious holiday home.
All of these villas also include, a spacious terrace with infinity pool, sun loungers and dining area. A private tropical garden, infinity pool and depending on which category you choose either have a garden view, ocean view or cliff from ocean view.

These one-bedroom pool villas are ideal for honeymooners or couples, offering complete privacy. They have a spacious open plan living room and dining area, this space then opens out onto a large terrace with infinity pool, a pair of sun loungers and additional dining area.
