VILLAS
With distinctive designs inspired by four ancient lifestyles, our villas offer the ultimate comfort, luxury, and rarity of experience. Shaded by an enchanted canopy of rainforest and connected together by a network of jungle walkways, our villas are complete with a private pool and are designed for guests wishing to experience a rustic, yet lavish, escape.
The designs of the villas have been inspired by the stories, cultures, traditions, and lifestyles of four groups of fictitious ancient Phuket settlers. Their characteristics are reflected in all elements of the villas and cottages, including the architecture, furnishings, decorative pieces, and even textiles.

BIRD’S NEST POOL VILLAS
The ‘Rung-Nok’ community inspired the design of the eight ‘Bird’s Nest Pool Villas’. This group enjoyed an opulent way of life compared to other clans. Their craving for exclusivity resulted in the woven tangle of a birds nest design. This sumptuous villa design offers the largest villa in Keemala with a total space of 185m² including outdoor terrace and pool.
DINING
Fine dining at Keemala is a holistic gastronomic experience complete with wholesome and flavourful creations, a backdrop of woodland splendour, and seamless service. Our gastronomy team believes in offering a ‘Feast for the Senses’ using sincere and wholesome cooking techniques. We have two dining destinations to enjoy cuisine outside of the villa.
The main restaurant, ‘Mala Restaurant’, for all day dining, at ‘Cha-La’ pool side for refreshments in the sun. Our cozy lounge area inside one of the main pods is perfect for afternoon tea, while the wine cellar is ideal for intimate dinners.
At any of Keemala’s dining locations, guests can choose the healthy Spa Cuisine version of the menu for a lighter, wholesome option. A full vegetarian and vegan menu is also available, as well as gluten-free and dairy-free selections. A variety of herbs, vegetables, and fruits are grown at Keemala and sourced from trusted suppliers.

THE BEACH
Beach lovers may also enjoy and explore other neighbouring beaches including the lively Patong Beach, serene Laem Singh, or venture further north and enjoy Nai Thon, or the quiet long stretch of Mai Khao that is protected under the Thai National Parks.
Although we are tucked away in the greenery, we are close enough to the beach. Keemala is just a few minutes car ride down to Kamala Beach. We offer complimentary transport to and from the beach throughout the day.
KAMALA BEACH
Kamala Beach is 1.5kms away, and just 4 minutes away by our complimentary transport. It is beautifully quiet in low season and offers mighty waves, ideal for surfing. The contrasting conditions in high season offer tranquil, clear water, perfect for those who love to swim, snorkel or stand up paddleboard.
PATONG BEACH
You would have most likely have heard of Patong. The popular hotspot is notorious for its vibrant nightlife and bustling souvenir shops. The beach is also quite lively, and a nice spot to chill and catch some sunshine after a few hours of shopping before returning to the sanctuary of Keemala. Patong is 9kms away and is a 20 minutes drive.
LAEM SINGH
For those who enjoy smaller and lesser-frequented beaches, Laem Singh is a nearby beach that offers something more picturesque than the busy Patong Beach. It’s just 10 minutes away by car and now only accessible by boat, or stand up paddle board!
NAI THON
We included this beach, as it is one of our favourites. In dry season the water is crystal clear and there is a little snorkeling to be enjoyed at either side of the beach amongst the rocks. In the quiet season, the crashing waves aren’t for swimming, but the energy is exhilarating. The drive takes around 40 minutes and it’s 20kms away by small beach roads.
MAI KHAO BEACH
If you choose to visit this stretch of national park beach, you must ensure that you also enjoy the drive. It is 50 minutes away and 30kms, so on the way you could stop off at Layan Beach at the northern tip of Bang Tao Beach, drop in to Nai Thon Beach; perhaps even stop by in one of the restaurants on the way for lunch. If you take the beach road, it is scenic all the way up to the airport and beyond.
