MINDFUL BODY STRETCHING EXERCISE
Allow yourself to feel, to reconnect and to be one with your body. I am here to facilitate, and with gentle guidance, overcome all emotion that rises during our stretch session mindfully. We will start with 5 minute breathing exercise before we start our stretching and close our session with a 5 minute of meditation

The outline of the process The processes I am sharing with you are my first hand experiences through this journey of finding peace within. This process has assisted me in my evolution toward unconditional love by accepting, forgiving, understanding, applying self love and loving others.

The retreat of at Naiyana’s healing home in Chiangmai or in any partner resort (please contact Naiyana for more detail) Phase 1: In this phase, you will make initial contact to explore both yourself and others acceptance and forgiveness.
We will explore our past experiences, where you will find the origin of your emotions and beliefs. Then you will learn to let go of the unnecessary beliefs and emotions that you have accumulated throughout your human experience.
You will learn how to accept and forgive the past by using self healing meditation techniques. I will share views on my understanding of the topics and guide you on what presents itself during the sharing of many conceptualisations to release those emotions within yourself.
When you are prepared you will also be guided via one of our video calls for a self ritual on forgiveness. Phase 2: This phase will enhance your understanding of phase 1.
We will explore and learn to accept and TRULY forgive the past along with receiving some mindful practices on awareness and being in the present. This phase will go into deeper explorations of self and others and of acceptance and forgiveness.
Phase 3: We will explore how we can stay in a peaceful state of mind with our unseen future. We will review all that was learned in prior sessions and you will be given a Tip and Daily practice guides.
