Les Bains has reinvented itself yet again, reopening the doors of an entirely rethought restaurant to bring you Roxo. Brand new menu. Brand new atmosphere. And fresh new talent in the kitchen. It all comes together in an eclectic tasting experience you’ll want to share. Or not.
Why Roxo? Virile, erotic, festive, it is a bird free to fly. Sound familiar? Its signature color, burgundy – roxo in Portuguese – is a nod to its chef’s Brazilian roots. Brazil-born, Bruno Grossi crossed the Atlantic to soak up local knowledge. First from the greatest names in European cuisine.
Then by working alongside Marcus Wareing, two-Michelin-starred London chef, and Guy Savoy, three-Michelin-starred Parisian legend. For Les Bains, he crafted a menu that, like him, is accessible and passionate.
A free spirit, his cooking is laidback, authentic, supremely creative and draws from an eclectic mix of influences. Just like Roxo. The menu adapts to your mood. Your cravings. After l’apéro, Roxo is ready to take on your hunger.
In every way possible. For two, four, six, eight, gathered around the bar for DJ sets, in one of the lounges or the old-fashioned way: at a table. Roxo recommends three dishes per guest.

Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, all year round, Roxo invites you to its cocktail bar. Its Dream Team is on shaker duty. With matching black belt and Mao collar, Pietro Costamagna and Antoine de Zeeuw, behind all cocktail creations, as well as Noémie, Tristian, Marie and Christophe, bartending stars of Parisian mixology.
At the bar and in the dining areas, the Roxo squad delivers a menu of timeless cocktails inspired by the surroundings. An enchanting combination of new creations and custom classics.
LE RÉSERVOIR
A well-hidden jewel
Formerly the water reservoir that supplied Les Bains Guerbois, this 15m2, 15-meter high tower now houses a table for 10 nestled beneath a monumental sculpture by Joachim Sauter. Accessible only by way of a hidden door tucked in a hidden corner of Roxo.
SALON CHINOIS
Honesty Bar
The Salon Chinois is a plush boudoir reserved uniquely for guests of the hotel. Curl up by the fire, ensconced in works of art, luxury and intimacy.
A soft light filters through the stained glass, 19th century Chinoiserie whose colors radiate as they did back in the steamy era of Les Bains Guerbois. A drink in your hand, served just the way you like it – Honesty Bar is at your service.

Our music programming team is on constant lookout for new sounds from DJs, artists, rock and pop groups. A creative elixir to nourish the legendary Club des Bains.
The décor pays vibrant tribute to the club’s legendary past: the mythical pool, Philippe Starck’s black and white checkerboard floor, the lava stone bar, a stage for memorable shows, concerts and events. The doorman at the Club’s entrance ensures it stays eclectic.

Every night, all year, Roxo keeps its cocktail bar more than fresh. A Dream Team on shaker duty with the resident master, Head Barman Fabrice Jeantet. Masterpieces of mixology in an atypical setting with DJ sets, special events and art as the backdrop.
WORKS OF ART
Living legend on the NYC graffiti scene, Futura designed a fresco at Les Bains in 1983, still present & relevant today. Two mosaics by Space Invader from 2002 are still in place, joining David Rochline’s 1978 entrance mural.
The fruits of new encounters bring new stories. Jean-Pierre Marois has invited some of these artists to take up permanent residence, where they produce work exclusively for Les Bains.
THE SIMONNET TAKE OVER
The Simonnet take over Les Bains with curator Gilbert Kann. From April 2 until October 1st 2019, monumental sculptures in resin will be installed in and around Les Bains.

DISCO EASTER
Chef Bruno Grossi and his team created an emblematic surprise for Easter: The Disco Easter Egg. Made from fair-trade chocolate (56% cacao) and covered in silver leaves.
The huge egg of 60cm will be presented on a checkered floor of white and black chocolate, a tribute to the legendary dance floor of Les Bains Douches designed by Philippe Starck.
THE REFINED CULT OF CASUAL BEAUTY.
Collaborations. Limited editions. Capsule collections co-designed with fashion houses from Paris and around the world, and Les Bains’ own line featuring the resident deity – Bacchus. An epicurean’s dream.
CARISSA SOCKS FOR LES BAINS
Carissa* Socks reinterpret the classic red socks for Les Bains. In doing so they pay tribute to the checkered dance floor of Les Bains that Philippe Starck designed for Les Bains Douches in the 80s.
THIERRY LASRY FOR LES BAINS
The new collaboration with Thierry Lasry celebrates the Blue Hour, the moment when the sky fills itself with an electric blue right before nightfall.
