“To the nose, the Pinot Blanc is very fruity, with aromas of ripe apples and elderflower,” explains Daniel Fink, Junior Manager and Sommelier. “The red wine has a fruity aroma, with notes of plums and raspberries and a hint of chocolate.”

Thanks to the trusting cooperation with yoga teacher and shiatsu therapist Angelika, we were able to create an offer in the Andreus Resorts that will give your holiday just the right amount of yoga.

Angelika completed her yoga training 32 years ago. 10 years ago, she was commissioned by the host family Fink to plan the first yoga room in the future yoga hotel in South Tyrol – the first in the Alps – and has been a part of the team ever since.

Already after the first year, the yoga room became too small which is why we created a yoga temple on the rooftop terrace of the Hotel Andreus – a place of peace and retreat in our yoga hotel in South Tyrol.

The guests wanted even more yoga classes during their holidays and so the Andreus Yoga Weeks were created, which have been an integral part of our yoga hotels in South Tyrol ever since.

During several weeks of the year, 4 yoga sessions are offered daily. Outside the yoga weeks, up to 6 sessions per week take place as a part of our active programme. In 2018, the Hotel Andreus added the Fitness & Energy Tower – a substantial upgrade to our yoga hotel in South Tyrol.

Taking up more than 300 m², spread over 4 floors, there is now a fitness room, a cardio room, as well as a meditation and yoga room with a wonderful view. In the Golf Lodge, the Panorama Meditation Temple was erected on the rooftop terrace.
