Located in the center of the Mexican wine country only 1 ½ hr away from San Diego, CA., you will soon be situated on 70 acres with breathtaking views in all directions, direct contact with nature and glorious privacy. La Villa del Valle is truly a tranquil place to get away from it all.
Wander around the property, relax under the shade of the olive trees, walk the labyrinth and the sculpture park, explore the fruit orchards and vegetable gardens, visit the vineyard, practice birding, enjoy our pool and hot tub, you can even play bocce or just sit and soak in the sweeping views from the loggia, verandah or the comfort of your room.
Accommodations
We have 6 beautiful, romantic bedrooms, King, queen or extra long twins, each individually decorated with its own designer bathroom. Three of our rooms have full balconies with Mexican chimneys. All are graced with stunning views.
We are pleased to supply our own bath products made of pure organic essential oils. The beds, bedding and towels are of extremely high quality to ensure cozy, comfortable nights.
When you arrive you will find fresh fruit and traditional Mexican cookies in your room, as well as a Nespresso machine. A delicious full breakfast including our own homemade granola, homemade breakfast breads and eggs from local free range chickens.
Tea and tin cake in the afternoon are served daily by the fire place, a glass of wine and botana in the evening are included in the price of the room.
Amenities
For early risers, coffee and tea are available from 7:30 am thru breakfast. Breakfast is served in the dining room between 9:00 and 11:30 am daily. In the afternoon tea and tin cake are offered in the living room as well as a glass of Vena Cava wine and botana between 5:00 and 6:00 pm, included in the price of the room.
