As far back as the 18th century, locals earned their living conducting the first guided tours into the surrounding mountains.

The 40-km-long route (including slopes and aerial lifts) can be easily completed in a day, but skiers should be sure that they have crossed the final pass by 3:30 p.m. so that they don’t miss the last lift before closing time.

By the way: The Sellaronda can be traveled in both directions: clockwise and counterclockwise.
