LE BELLEVUE RESTAURANT & TERRACE
Set beneath a thousand crystal pendants that reflect the sun’s rays, Le Bellevue takes its cues from the terroir of Champagne. Chef Jean-Denis Rieubland sources his produce and meat from locals and friends in the region, resulting in an ever-changing menu full of rich stories and intense flavors.
Our gastronomic restaurant will be closed from January 3rd to February 1st and will reopen on February 2nd 2022. Vegetables grown locally, meat delivered daily by our farmer friends, and herbs harvested on our grounds make fine dining in our Michelin starred restaurant Le Royal both contemporary and exciting.
Chef Rieubland plates his perfectly balanced dishes on custom Maison Fragile china, designed for the resort by Nicolas Ouchenir. Multi-course tasting menus or a la carte meals are paired with wines carefully selected by sommelier Daniel Pires.
Our award-winning pastry chef Cédric Servela signs for an unforgettable sweet finale. Each month, our Chef Sommelier takes you to the heart of a Champagne house by pairing each dish with one of their « cuvées ».
Guest must be elegantly and smartly dressed (no short, sandals, neither sportswear accepted). A baby sitting service can be organized upon request. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant.

THE TERRACE
On the roof, the Royal Champagne boasts 15,000 square feet of terraces. Part of this terrace (5000 square feet) has been converted into a rose garden, which can accommodate a glamourous cocktail parties facing the standing Champagne Valley.
SALON FINES BULLES
Authentic Champagne culture is properly celebrated in the Salon Fines Bulles. This tasting room is outfitted with high-top tables in direct view of the glass Champagne cellar, and welcomes up to eight people for a small gathering, a dinner, or a meeting. Chef sommelier Daniel Pires will introduce guests to his best wines: beautiful bottles, small winemakers and their fascinating stories.
