Recently renovated and upgraded to the comfort of a modern accommodation, this 17th century building, nestled in the heart of Florence, offers breathtaking views of the Dome and of the Giotto’s Bell Tower.
Each room has been custom designed to enhance the best of its original architecture, bringing to light the colors and themes of the frescoed ceilings, the wooden beams, the outdoor spaces, and using only precious materials such as oak parquet and gray white and black marbles for its renovation.
The decorations, furnitures, accessories, beds, pillows and linens have been selected to offer our guests high quality and make their stay unforgettable.
All rooms are equipped with a Smartphone ready to make free international calls and to take on the city tour as it is equipped with guides, maps, restaurants, museums and many other information in 10 different languages. High-speed Internet access is present in all rooms and common areas where there are also two computer stations.
Each room is also equipped with a 40-inch Smart TV with access to the Netflix platform and with a courtesy corner where there is a Nespresso machine and a selection of coffee, teas and herbal teas.
In the Minibar, in addition to the complimentary bottles of water, there are drinks and sweet and savory snacks. Every day from 6.00 pm onwards we are pleased to welcome you in our lounge bar for a complimentary glass of Prosecco and lot’s of appetizers!

From the property all the major attractions of the city, like the Duomo, the Accademia, Palazzo Vecchio, the Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio are within minutes walk, and the Central Market, which offers a variety of local restaurants and food shops very well known, like Nerbone and Eataly, is at less than 300 meters and it is open every day from 8.00am to 12.00pm.
The area is plenty of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and it’s very close to the famous shopping streets Via dei Calzaioli and Via Tornabuoni.
PENTHOUSE SUITE
Our Suite accommodates 3 people in a 40 m2 penthouse configuration with breath-taking view of the Cathedral Dome from the master bedroom and the 7 m2 terrace. The room is equipped with a King size bed (180cmx200cm) and a convertible sofa-bed on the upper level.
The terrace offer a stunning view of the city and of the famous Cathedral Santa Maria del Fiore, designed by Filippo Brunelleschi. This space is a perfect set-up for an intimate breakfast or an evening drink.
The private bathroom, in black and white marble, has a large massage shower with a window, a marble basin and a selection of fine toiletries. All our rooms have been carefully decorated, furnished and equipped to provide the maximum comfort in an elegant modern Italian style reflecting the essence of Florence.
FAMILY JUNIOR SUITE
The Family Junior Suite can accommodates up to 4 persons in a 38 m2 bedroom with two king size beds (180×200) and offers a breathtaking view of the Cathedral Dome and of the Giotto’s Bell Tower.
The oak flooring room features two Smart 40-inch TVs both with free access to the Netflix platform, and a courtesy corner with Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and a selection of teas, herbal teas and capsules available to guests for the entire duration of their stay.
The ensuite bathroom in black and white marble overlooks the Duomo and is equipped with a large shower, a double vanity sink and a selection of refined Ginseng toiletries. All our rooms have been carefully decorated, furnished and equipped to offer maximum comfort in a modern and refined Italian style.
