LUXURY COTTAGES 
The Luxury Cottages at Belle Mont Farm offer you a unique refuge among St. Kitts hotels. Relax on your open verandas and decks that skirt the Cottage, unwind on a daybed or cool off in your private pool that overlooks tropical forests and the Caribbean Sea.

Inside, you’ll find all the features you expect from a luxury Caribbean resort, but much more, however kindly note that our Cottage accommodation is not wheelchair accessible. High ceilings and crisp bed linens as well as a refreshment centre comes with purified bottled water delivered daily.

By the bed, you can transform the room into a personal cinema with the assistance of a giant pull-down screen and projector – we’ll even supply the popcorn.

We have carefully selected specially formulated organic toiletries for your private bathroom veranda to enhance your rainwater shower or your candlelit soak in the freestanding bathtub. You may even encounter freshly cut aloe waiting by the doorstep to help soothe your skin after a day in the sun.

FARMHOUSE, A PRIVATE CARIBBEAN GETAWAY
Our private Farmhouse at Belle Mont Farm provides intimate groups visiting together with separate accommodations that can host between four couples and eight guests, each a short-stroll across your private footbridge or through the trees from a grand central living pavilion with professional kitchen, ideal for gastronomes and bon viveurs alike, and your own 100-foot long infinity-edge pool.

The Farmhouse offers you exclusive lodging for up to 4 couples / 8 people while affording you a level of privacy and comfort rare among luxury Caribbean resorts.

The Luxury Farmhouse is comprised of four standalone individual one-bedroom cottages with an oversized king bed, connected by a footbridge leading to the main pavilion. However kindly note that our Farm House accommodation is not wheelchair accessible.

SPACIOUS CARIBBEAN VILLAS
In addition to our Luxury Cottages and the Farmhouse, Belle Mont Farm has a number of two, three and four bedroom villas, which are among the very best properties on St. Kitts or neighboring Nevis.

We have designed our villas for families or groups of friends seeking an authentic Caribbean vacation. The beautifully crafted local stonework, shingle rooftops, shuttered windows and carved balustrades capture the feel of a traditional Caribbean villa.

For those guests who would prefer additional privacy, some bedrooms have been designed as detached pavilions adjacent to the main villa. Every villa is spaciously designed with high vaulted ceilings and a vast open and airy veranda ideal for entertaining.

Our designs give you the space to make yourself at home – each bedroom has its own full-size walk-in wardrobe. In the three and four bedroom Villas, the third and fourth bedroom respectively is detached and is located adjacent to the main villa in a private cottage, and all bedrooms have their own en-suite master bathrooms, however kindly note that our Luxury Villa accommodation is not wheelchair accessible.

Working closely with our neighboring farmers and expert local foragers, we are able to source nearly all of our restaurants’ provisions directly from our, and surrounding, farms in St. Kitts and Nevis. We strive to bring you the very best of farm-to-table dining in the Caribbean!

Hardworking mills, just like our re-creation, were used to transform these tough stalks into syrupy goodness throughout the West Indies. In much the same way today, our mill converts fresh, raw fruit from the farm into refined beverages, dripping with tropical flavor.

Named after the famous House and Garden Magazine editor, Arthur Leaman, this unpretentious eatery is tucked away on the picturesque tip of Dieppe Bay’s black sand beach – a perfect encounter on your idyllic Caribbean vacation!

Airy and open, Arthur’s is a must for sunseekers with an appetite for beach-style eats. As the colorful dinghies nearby attest, fishermen returning with the catch of the day make their first call here to deliver Neptune’s bounty.

Twice weekly, guests gather around our 30 foot “Farm Table” to partake in an evening of reverie, companionship and seasonally rotating fare brimming with West Indian zest, our signature farm-to-table experience.

From the moment you enter the pergola your senses reel with delight. The lights twinkle gently as the refreshing rainforest breeze rolls inland from the distant ocean, bringing a hint of salt and spice, prelude of scents to come.

The other guests arriving introduce themselves and as you take your seat; seemingly endless verdant greens appear fresh from the garden, starting the feast.

Head Chef John and his team usher in yet more variety: the handmade loaves of bread, soft and warm along with sweet mango relish and spicy chutneys, blend with the delectable aroma of lamb lollipops roasting in the authentic tableside brick oven.

A veritable cornucopia of tastes envelope your palate, the myriad of dishes are passed, family-style from person to smiling person – always something new to try. Pace yourself, there is a medley of meats and veggies aplenty yet to sample.

Even the golf course at Kittitian Hill embodies our vision of sustainability. Unique among golf courses in the Caribbean, Irie Fields will make you think differently about your game.

Designed by Ian Woosnam, every hole of this 9-hole course offers spectacular views across the sea to the islands of St. Barths and St. Martin and more shades of green than you can imagine on the slopes of Mount Liamuiga.

The name –‘irie’ means to be at peace and harmony with yourself and where you are, which becomes abundantly clear as you make the most of the natural obstacles along the way.

We have sought to make our course environmentally accountable and sustainable by reducing water consumption and chemical use. The difference here is that the boundaries blur between the course and the farm.

Here you’ll find native grasses, trees and the smart water management serves to reduce the course’s environmental impact while providing a challenging and memorable golf experience.

The resort recognizes the natural beauty of the coastal setting, embraces its value, and provides maintenance under a “less is better” (fertilizing, mowing, watering) policy. In fact, we believe our golfers understand that the course does not need to look perfect to provide great playability.

CONVENIENT INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS
St. Kitts is one of the Leeward Islands, which separate the Caribbean Sea in the west from the Atlantic Ocean in the East. Its capital and main town is Basseterre, with a population of around 35,000 people spread over 65 square miles.

It sits just to the south of the chic Caribbean hideaway of St Bart’s (or St Barth’s or St Barthelemy, depending on your preference). The island is served by the Robert L. Bradshaw International Airport (SKB) located about 50-minutes from Belle Mont Farm at Kittian Hill.
