THE VILLAS
A short stroll down quaint Jalan Bisma brings you from our hotel to our villas — and a stay in Ubud unlike anything that you’ve ever experienced.

Set around a peaceful courtyard and an organic garden, each of our twelve villas is awash in gentle natural light, muted hues of white and terracotta, and furnished with locally-sourced timber from Balinese craftsmen.

Tucked behind the walls of your private villa, you’ll find a private pool, an open-air living space, a kitchenette, and a lush secluded garden.

DRINK & DINE
The fare at our restaurants embodies our sensibilities about what makes a great meal. Being in the heartland of Balinese cuisine, we pay homage to the spices, ingredients, and tastes that define our home — while creating dishes that cross borders and provides tastes both rustic and bright, daring and sumptuous.

EMBERS
Embers is an homage to the brilliant, rustic flavors of the Mediterranean served as you dine under the stars of a Balinese evening. These small details are the heart of the Mediterranean culinary world, where ingredients come together in a swirl of flavors.

It’s cooking that takes subtlety and skill and years of practice, where chefs aspire to create bold dishes with simple, fresh ingredients. When you sit down to eat, you’re getting a meal that’s as comforting and rustic as it is light and daring.

At Embers, that Mediterranean tradition is at the soul of every meal we serve. Freshly harvested ingredients and produce are grown Earth-to-table on our organic farm and paired with locally-sourced meat and seafood.

Dining at Embers is everything that we believe makes a great meal: the craft of fine cooking, the company of good people, and the night’s sky dancing above you.

COPPER
With a sweeping roof-top panorama setting, enjoy classic Mediterranean and Indonesian inspired cuisine grown locally and organically.

There’s a saying that goes something along the lines of ‘to understand the soul of a place, you must understand the soul of its food’. Copper was created in the culinary heart of Ubud to bring the legacy of Balinese cooking into a modern setting.

Every meal begins with our chefs using ingredients harvested locally, including produce from our very own roof or our nearby organic gardens. Our rich proteins and seafood are sourced from Balinese farms and fisherman.

Our recipes are inspired both by the heritage of meals passed down over generations and also the flow of contemporary cuisine; each dish arrives at your table a soulful statement of what it means to cook in Ubud.

As you dine, enjoy a rich panorama of swaying jungles from Copper’s rooftop that’s as stunning at midday as it under a blanket of late evening stars.
