Nestled in a 55 acre vineyard, Cavas Wine Lodge is an 18 room boutique property strategically located between the best known wineries and the magnificent Andes Mountain range. Only half hour drive south of Mendoza city.
Cavas Wine Lodge is the first Lodge of its kind in South America, blessed by the natural beauty of Mendoza, an idyllic wine growing region at the foot of the Andes. Cavas Wine Lodge is located in Alto Agrelo, Lujan de Cuyo, 30 min drive South of Mendoza city and only 45 min away from Mendoza airport.
GRAND VILLA
Idyllic for couples and families with grown up children, the Grand Villa offers a wonderfully spacious and accommodating home away from home. This 3,500 square feet tranquil retreat offers a residential feel with the finest lodge amenities.
TASTING EXCELLENCE
Our dinner menu changes daily. Non residents are welcome for breakfast, lunch or dinner, reservations needed. Lunch is a la carte with a choice of 5 starters, 6 main courses and 4 desserts, including vegetarian options.
At Cavas Wine Lodge we are convinced that the best-tasting food is organically grown and harvested in ways that are ecologically sound. We change the lunch menu every four months, designed to be appropriate to the season and composed to show off the finest ingredients obtainable.
Our dinner menu changes daily. Non residents are welcome for breakfast, lunch or dinner, reservation needed. Open Monday through Sunday, Lunch served from 11:30 am, dinner starting 7 pm. We welcome children over 12 years of age.

YOGA RETREAT
Full body experience and relaxation retreat is a week to reconnect with your body and mind. During this week we will offer you healthy food, meditation and yoga classes, luxury accommodation in Cavas Wine Lodge and a deep experience to awake your body and mind conscious.
Offering daily yoga classes, with a practice of Vinyasa Yoga in the morning and Hatha Yoga in the afternoon followed by a sunset meditation enjoying the mountain´s views. Also Traditional Thai Massage assistance after classes and body techniques with bamboo are included. During this retreat our foundations will be a full body experience of your body and mind.

- Recycling: Cavas Wine Lodge performs a conscientious treatment of the wastes it generates, by separating, and stockpiling the various kinds of materials that go into local recycle plants.
- Organic Waste: We handle organic waste through a compost process, committing our staff in the generation of compost and humus to be used in our organic vegetable garden and vineyards.
- Solar panels: Mendoza has 320 days of sun a year and by strategically placing solar panels we pre-heat water to 50 degrees saving up to 50% of gas consumption.
- Grey Water: Cavas Wine Lodge is the first hotel in the region that reutilizes water from wash hand basins, showers and baths, recycled on-site for landscape irrigation.
