THE HISTORY
Manville is above all the place where the grandfather of Patrick Saut, a beekeeper, accompanied by his grandson, placed long ago his beehives. Several decades later, the farm property was for sale. It was evident to Edith and Patrick Saut to spend considerable energy to revive this domain.

From a farm to the heart of the natural regional Park of the Alpilles, the owners, surrounded by an implicated and competent team, created a domain of 247 acres integrated into a landscape that reveals an agricultural history. This place where all is possible is the image of the couple, timeless and in movement.

Domaine de Manville, a place of stories and relationships where each receives, shares and diffuses. The story of a family propriety that dilutes bloodlines into bonds of the heart. PRESTIGE SUITE
The Prestige suite is a protected place, nestled at the heart of the Domain and yet shielded from onlookers. This living space proposes a vast room bathed in sunlight and a living area with a very comfortable sofa bed. The aerial terrace is the place for a sunbath, dinner by candlelight or a private breakfast before the cicadas open the ball.

JUNIOR SUITE
The Junior suites with terrace are located on the ground floor of the hotel. The living room space elegant and intimate is completed by a terrace that opens onto the interior courtyard.

For a cup of coffee in private, a reading or writing break… this warm and elegant relaxation space is a prolongation of the sleeping area. For yet more tranquility, there is a Junior suite with a terrace on the upper floor.

THE CHEF
From Antwerp, Belgium, Lieven has worked with renown-starred chefs such as the Belgian Lionel Rigolet and Michel Guerard. Lieven van Aken is a chef who questions harmony, invents food pairing, honors the product…to leave a trace of an astounding and generous dish. Entirely impregnated with Provence, its roots always slip into the interstices of his feasts.

Between the starred table perfectly set and the rows of the permaculture garden, there are a few steps. The organic vegetables of the Manville farm thus come to compose the signature dishes of the organic menu of l’Aupiho. Lieven and his team harmonize with nature and local farmers who share the same life values.

From the fish market of Grau du Roi to the pig of the Mont Ventoux by way of the gluten-free breads of Kom&sal of Nadia Sammut… It is all the will and spirit of a green gastronomy that expresses itself from the land to the plate … to produce the most simple, rare, suited and marvelous…

L’AUPIHO RESTAURANT
L’Aupiho, little Alpes in Provençal, is of fruits from the earth that elate. L’Aupiho attains new heights and proposes a delicate and sensible cuisine. The table, starred by the Michelin Guide 4 years ago, offers a journey to the heart of the unique universe of its chef, Lieven van Aken, made of natural treasures cultivated on site and of deviations in Flanders.

A daring and successful back and forth from which one does not exit untouched! Frédéric Néchaouni, head pastry maker, takes over skillfully for an unforgettable gourmet adventure.

From lunch under the parasols to dinner by candlelight on the terrace, the cuisine of l’Aupiho can be enjoyed as well in the interior courtyard, the heart of the former agricultural domain of Manville.

Shaded by century-old plane trees, refreshed by the swimming pool and the fountain, this is the ideal place for a summer lunch or dinner on the terrace, rocked by the nocturnal chant of crickets.

THE BISTRO
In summer as in winter, the Bistro de l’Aupiho cooks with care for its guests, after the 18th hole, or a stop along the way for a gourmet lunch in a casual atmosphere. Under the direction of Lieven van Aken, the chef of the Bistro selects his food products and works according to a seasonal menu with the most appealing foods of the region and the agro ecological farm of the Domain.

The Bistro provides equally a wonderful opportunity to taste the sublime olive oil of this land, an ode to Provence, overflowing with delicate and precious fruits. Accompanied with kneaded bread cooked on site by the baker of the Domain.

The pastry chef Martin Leroy-Terquem finishes the meal with his creations. As the holiday season approaches, he will dare to create a new dessert, inspired by and in resonance with the Domain. All year long he revisits the classics of French tradition and childhood savors.

THE BAR
This is not a staging. Just daily living. That of get-togethers, relaxation, reading, warming oneself in front of the fireplace, playing as a family, or simply observing what is there, inside of us or around us.

An authentic zinc counter found its place in one of the original buildings of the Domain, whose charismatic openwork brick walls are still intact. It is here where one finds original architectural treasures of Domaine de Manville.

THE BRUNCH
Every Sunday and on New Year’s Day, the Winter Garden of the Domain is open for brunch. The tables are set to welcome guests, gourmets, food lovers, regulars of this timeless gathering, like a Sunday that never ends.

Oysters, with fresh bread baked by the bakers of the Domain, precede meats freshly grilled by cooks wearing white hats, or the opposite depending upon the season! The Manville brunch is a jump into the tale of Lewis Caroll. And the story could last a long time!

THE BREAKFAST
Breakfast could be the unique reason to spend the night at Manville. The expression Art of Living resonates intensely at the approach of these first instants of the day. Each person is welcomed with discretion and respect, as if to prolong the calm and the intimacy of the rooms.

THE GOLF ACADEMY
The golf academy of Manville offers an accompaniment tailored for the younger set, beginners or experienced, up to the occasional or confirmed adult player.

Thanks to the incredible method the colors of my golf game each player is accompanied according to his particularities in order to improve his or her performance through knowledge of oneself. MANVILLE LEGENDS CUP
The Manville Legends Cup® is much more than a golf tournament, it is the exceptional meeting of soccer and rugby legends. An annual event, during the month of October that reunites former international soccer players and rugby men around a little white ball. It is the occasion to verify that the spirit of competition remains intact and to see the sharing of joy procured by living together for these two days.

KIDS CLUB
