THE VILLA
For the ultimate in luxury, the beachfront villa at Frangipani offers privacy with the benefit of access to Frangipani’s exclusive amenities. The 5000 square foot four-bedroom unit offers ocean facing bedrooms equipped with King-sized beds, plus a multipurpose room that can be converted into a small bedroom with trundle bed or utilized as a private treatment room.
A full kitchen is equipped with state-of-art appliances, plus two large living spaces offer areas to unwind and take in the sea views. A spacious second floor balcony offers sweeping views of stunning Meads Bay from point to point for the ultimate sunset experience.
Additionally, the villa offers a private pool and pool deck, with beach umbrellas designated for villa use only. Villa guests still benefit from beach service through Straw Hat Restaurant, plus enjoy access to complimentary motorized and non-motorized water sports. Private chef and butler service available on request at an additional fee. The villa is not bookable online.
GRAND PENTHOUSE SUITE
Launched in December 2020, the 3000 square foot Grand Penthouse Suite is the newest addition to Franigani’s collection of suites. Located on the third floor above Straw Hat Restaurant, the Grand Penthouse Suite is the ultimate in luxury and views.
A spacious living room with floor-to-ceiling glass windows is the perfect place for lounging or hosting, and a state-of-the-art kitchen allows for dining in or private chef services upon request. An expansive outdoor terrace with built-in grill is designed to allow guests to enjoy the sunsets.
Our newest suite embraces Caribbean chic, focusing on light and bright decor that reflects its Meads Bay surroundings. The suite offers a spacious ocean-facing master bedroom with indoor/outdoor showers and a bathtub.
An additional guest room is perfect for children, and a full bathroom is located off the living area along with a laundry room equipped with washer and dryer for your convenience. Plush Frette towels, cozy robes, and Gilchrist & Soames toiletries add to the luxurious experience.
JUNIOR SUITE
The spacious Junior Suite is on our second floor and offers stunning views of Meads Bay from the private balcony. The Junior Suite has a plush king size bed as well as a washer and dryer.
Remodeled in 2017, our Junior Suite boasts a full-sized kitchen fully stocked with cookware and cutlery. Configured as a studio, this room has a comfortable sitting area to enjoy the views of the pool and beach. The bathroom includes a cave shower, vessel sink, plush Frette towels and Gilchrist & Soames toiletries.
TWO BEDROOM SUITES
Offering ocean views from a balcony or terrace, these spacious, air-conditioned suites have Caribbean-style décor, full kitchens, a comfortable living space, washer and dryer, and complimentary wi-fi access.
Our two bedrooms suites include two bedrooms adjoined through a common foyer. Both rooms are equipped with king sized beds and en-suite bathroom. A living room in the suite includes a flat-screen TV and an entertainment system.
