Hedon SPA & Hotel is a unique new home for pleasures and relaxation. Situated on white shores of Pärnu beach, its superb location and fine architecture make it a one-of-a-kind masterpiece. The spa side of Hedon is built into the historical mud baths that for long have been one of the symbols of the city.

The new, exquisite part of the building is home to the hotel with its 68 contemporary-styled rooms and a fine dining restaurant Raimond and grill restaurant Akord. 7 hotel rooms are located in the unique historic Mud Bath building. Hedon SPA & Hotel truly lives up to its slogan ’Pleasures live here’.

THE MODERN BUILDING
There are 68 bedrooms in the modern building of Hedon of which 38 are standard rooms, 26 superior rooms and 4 suites. One extra bed can be added to each room. All hotel rooms are non-smoking.

Standard rooms have spacious balcony, modern furniture and air-conditioning. Each room has tea and coffee making facilities, TV, mini bar, mini safe, hair dryer, spa bags, slippers and bath robes. There is a spa products from Rituals are provided in the bathroom.

Superior rooms have a wonderful view. Sweet surprise to go with the tea or coffee on arrival and bottled water is provided daily. SUITES
There are 4 spacious suites in the modern part of the hotel. In addition to the bedrooms, all suites have living room, bathroom and separate toilet. There is a spacious balcony with a wonderful view. Sweet surprise to go with the tea or coffee on arrival and bottled water is provided daily.

THE HISTORIC MUD BATH BUILDING
There are seven special rooms on the ground floor of the historic Mud Bath building: three standard rooms, two family rooms and two suites, all of which tell you its own unique story.

Historical rooms are perfect for guests who prefer privacy. There is also a cozy lobby area near the rooms for small group of people to relax, read books and enjoy tea or coffee. Pets are also welcome in the historic part of the hotel. Extra charge per night will apply.

HEDON APARTMENTS
You can choose from a cosy studio to a four-room apartment with a balcony and sauna and they are all fully equipped for a relaxing holiday. A small community town with its own children’s playground, a lounge area on a private terrace and an enclosed parking lot is a real holiday home.

The centre of Pärnu is only a few minutes away, but more importantly, Hedon SPA & Hotel is even closer (1.4 km) with all its beauty and services. RESTAURANT RAIMOND
Restaurant Raimond was named after the amazing composer and musician Raimond Valgre. Raimond lived in Pärnu for many years and wrote many of his timeless songs right here, in an emerging resort. Valgre and his melodies did not become known during his lifetime. However, we want to be well-known today, tomorrow and the day after tomorrow.

The 50-seat à la carte restaurant Raimond is located by the sandy beach. We have created a romantic meeting point, where time stops and a fairy tale begins in music. The chef of the Raimond restaurant, Marko Lumera, has created a symphony of modern and authentic Nordic flavours.

Our desire is to offer you taste experiences, where local fresh products and current trends from around the world are essential. To get the best food experience, we have created a Gourmet Journey, which will take you and your partner on a journey of tastes. We promise to carry you on hands!

The atmosphere in the restaurant is cosy not only in the summer but all year long. Here you can see autumn storms beating the waves from the cosy and warm room, glistening of the ice fields in the winter and arrival of the first migratory birds in the spring – these moods are also stored in the interior, Nordic food and cosy fire in the fireplace.

RESTO AKORD
We dreamed to have a second restaurant, a fast and good-quality place for eating, where the choice of raw material would have no limits. These thoughts came to reality on the first days of 2016 – in friendly harmony, resto Akord was opened.

This is how the musician went to roam about, found a lost chord (in Estonian – akord) from the sandy beach, and brought it here under the pine trees to produce beautiful sounds, with some sand still between the toes or a winter hat nonchalantly pushed back.

One no longer needs to wait and dream of that fleeting summer with the smells emanating from the grill. Resto Akord brings summer warmth into your heart and brings you to Pärnu beach all year long. In the winter, Akord has 40 seats, but the summer attracts up to 100 food lovers onto our outside terrace.

Akord has adopted the approach that we offer everything suitable for the sunset and sandy beach – amazing meat dishes grilled on live fire, fish and sumptuous seafood dishes suitable for a sea town. Our menu also includes vegetarian dishes, pasta, desserts – everything straight from the grill.

Resto Akord allows you to stay yourself, be your own chef and taste designer. We prepare a delicious grilled meal for you, and you can combine it with the best side dishes – just the way you like it the most.

LOBBY BAR
On the ground floor of our hotel you will find a cosy Northern-style lobby bar, which is a great option for business meetings as well as relaxing moments with friends. Here you can sit back in the large and comfortable oak armchairs designed for NORR11 by Norwegian designers, and enjoy the atmosphere and the lobby bar’s extensive cocktail selection.

The cocktail menu includes classical cocktails as well as trendy drinks. The professional bar staff are always on the lookout for new and tasty cocktail recipes. In summer, the lobby expands to the seaside terrace, where you can enjoy a spectacular view while sipping the drinks. In the winter period you can take some time off and enjoy your favourite drinks and a warm fire in our cosy fireplace room.

Our job is not to simply offer coffee, but to create a whole world of coffee. We all need a moment for ourselves, a soft and warm one just like the cream on a good cup of coffee.

NIGHT SPA
A new tradition is born – NIGHT SPA. Once a month our Silent spa turns to a Night spa and invites you to enjoy the best spa rituals in Pärnu at night. The night spa takes place during late hours from 21:00-00:00.

JOURNEY TO ANCIENT ESTONIA – 120 min
The beginning of Pärnu as a resort town is considered to be 1838, when the first beachfront establishment, which was located on what is the location of the now-renovated building housing the mud baths and Hedon Spa, first opened its doors.

This establishment, which was destroyed in a fire in 1915, was the start and basis for Pärnu’s bathing traditions, offering in particular healing mud baths and various water procedures.

Now, almost 180 years later, we have gone even further into the past to provide, in addition to Hedon Spa’s range of exotic spa journeys, one more local Nordic journey through our healing Estonian world.

On this journey, we have combined the ancient knowledge of our ancestors with the pure nature of our homeland, and have added some modern wisdom, just as has become customary at Hedon.

Your tour begins at the sauna, where the birch branch and steam heat relaxes the body and further opens the mind. The birch branch sauna ritual lasts 20 minutes. Thereafter, we pause for curative and skin-exfoliating mud wraps. The cleansing ritual lasts 40 minutes.

For an effective ending to the journey, our therapists will give you back your personal power with ancient Estonian massage known as soonetasumine, translating roughly as “vessel repayment.” This old treatment forms part of traditional Estonian folk wisdom in its best and purest sense.

This was passed down orally from generation to generation when the peasants’ bodies, exhausted from long work days out in the fields, required some pampering.

The treatment is focused mostly on various muscle groups, joints, organs, blood circulation, lymph nodes, the nervous system and skin. It stimulates the entire body and gives you back your balance and lost strength. During the massage, pure and organic local oil is used. The treatment lasts 60 minutes.

Between sauna and bathing is a possibility to relax in the spa relaxing area and to taste our wonderful tea, Hedon “Meie tee” – energizing and calming herbal tea which has been mixed just for our guests.
