The completely new structure is characterised by a contemporary décor and design carefully studied in every detail. A large open space in shades of red with wooden ceiling, vintage leather sofas and a large fireplace welcomes guests to the reception, bar and lounge areas.

All rooms have a contemporary minimalist style, are extremely functional, soundproofed and technological, with every kind of comfort. The fourth floor terrace and L’O Bar offer the possibility of grabbing a snack or enjoying a traditional Venetian aperitif.

ROOMS
The 43 rooms of Hotel L’Orologio in Venice – many of which directly overlook the Grand Canal – are presented with a distinctly modern and minimalist character whilst also bearing great attention to detail.

The furnishings are characterised by their design elements and by being custom-made, as with the seating and lighting, and a great use of colour. All the rooms, being super-equipped and with avant-garde lighting, unite quality materials such as marble, wood and leather, with unusual combinations and effects.

The common thread present in all the rooms are the bright artworks created from the real mechanisms of watches. The bathrooms are made with precious marble, contrasting coloured fixtures and custom-made accessory elements.

SUITE GRAND CANAL VIEW
The Suite of the Hotel L’Orologio is a homage to a contemporary style with strong colour nuances that characterise the atmosphere. The red velvet wall curtains render a classic Venetian touch to the environment, whilst the concept of luxury is reinterpreted in a modern way.

The bright red colour dominates the space of the room throughout the walls, ceiling and furnishings, with the black fittings in the bathroom and flooring in precious black granite contrasting against the red of the walls.

The Suite consists of a spacious queen-sized bed with leather headboard plus a separate living room with dark wood furnishings, whilst the Viabizzuno lamp adds an overall touch of exclusivity. In the living space are designer armchairs and a study corner with a desk.

PREMIUM SUITE
One of a kind, the Premium Suite is the jewel in the hotel’s crown for those seeking true luxury in Venice. Renovations sought to exalt the existing architectural structure, reinterpreting it with a minimalist language that is simultaneously greatly welcoming.

The suite is spread over two levels. On the first floor is the bedroom and bathroom in fine marble with tub, while a loft holds the large living room offering a beautiful view of the Grand Canal plus a second bathroom with an important shower space.

It is distinguished from all the other rooms in the hotel by the taupe colour of the walls and thin wooden slats. The lounge area is furnished with vintage leather armchairs that add nuances of warmth and elegance. The design elements in the bedroom are by Gio Ponti.

DELUXE APARTMENT
To stay in the luxury of a fine hotel with the same privacy as at home, the ultimate option is our Deluxe Apartment in the historic centre of Venice, located in the building adjacent to the hotel on the 3rd floor without elevator.

It consists of two bedrooms with air conditioning, a bright and scenic living room of 40 square metres with a characteristic Venetian lancet window overlooking the Grand Canal and the Ca’ d’Oro. Situated a few minutes from the Rialto Bridge, it is replete with all comforts.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave oven, espresso machine and kettle. The two comfortable bedrooms have one queen-sized or two single beds, crystal chandeliers and parquet flooring, with one also offering a unique view of the canal.

Of the two large marble bathrooms, one has a hydromassage hot tub, the other a spacious glass shower.

EAT & DRINK
On the ground floor of the hotel is the L’O Bar, also open to external visitors. A lounge bar with a great atmosphere, it has an elegant stone counter and vintage leather armchairs. Thanks to its picturesque location, being central and overlooking the Grand Canal, the large windows present spectacular views out over the waters of the lagoon.

The bar offers a wide selection of sweet and savoury snacks available all day, with a range mixing traditional Venetian cuisine to sandwiches and salads with fresh, top-quality products. From aperitif time onwards, the restaurant also serves a broad choice of cocktails and long drinks.

All offerings from the bar can also be served in the furnished terrace on the fourth floor, where you can bathe in the sunshine, have a drink or enjoy a meal in peace while admiring the views of typical Venetian architecture.

The sweet and savoury breakfast is served from 7.00 am to 10.30 am in the large lounge area on the ground floor overlooking the Canal. It offers a continental and American buffet, with an area replete with fresh organic produce. Gluten-free products for coeliacs and those with intolerances are also available upon request.
