Situated on the 4th floor, the President Suite enjoys views over Pirogov Square and the Town Hall from its windows and balcony. The suite is located in the new wing of the hotel. It offers spacious accommodation, with a separate living room and a meeting room for 10 people in which video meetings can be held.

The large, carpeted bedroom has a high-quality, comfortable, allergen-free double bed. Its en suite has a bath, shower and sauna. There is a separate WC for the use of visitors.

Guests can make use of the TV, coffee-making facilities, safe, ironing facilities, bathrobes and slippers, make-up mirror and Rituals toiletries. MAYOR SUITE
This suite is situated on the 3rd floor and enjoys views over Pirogov Park and the Town Hall from its windows and balcony. The suite is located in the new wing of the hotel. Spacious and carpeted, it offers soft furnishings in its living area and a high-quality, comfortable, allergen-free bed in its separate bedroom.

FAMILY ROOM
The Family Room in Lydia Hotel is located in the new wing of the building and is perfect for 2 adults and 2 children (up to 18 years old). The Family Room can be found on the 5th floor with a stunning view to Ülikooli Street and hotel’s courtyard.

APARTMENT
The luxurious Lydia apartment-suite is located in the historical wing of the hotel and covers three floors. The views from its windows open up over Ülikooli Street and the hotel’s courtyard. The apartment-suite has its own private entrance from Ülikooli Street.

It has a living room, a kitchen and a separate bedroom. Its en suite, which has its own windows, features a bath, shower and sauna. The apartment-suite is stylishly appointed and includes a fully restored historical stove.

Hõlm is a restaurant with a world-class menu and outstanding service at which everyone feels welcome. Its kitchen, led by head chef Sven Pärn, creates unforgettable dining experiences in which every detail is carefully considered, painstakingly prepared and lovingly presented.

What makes the restaurant special is the fact that its kitchen is completely open, creating a direct link with diners and allowing them to enjoy the art of cooking first-hand.

The restaurant uses exciting techniques in preparing its dishes in which quality, simplicity and the purity of the ingredients all play an important role. It also surprises for its recipes, which come from a cookbook written by Lydia Grünmann Holm in 1925-26. This is where the restaurant gets its name – Hõlm.

SELF SERVICE LOUNGE
The tasteful self-service lounge on the first floor of Hotel Lydia provides enjoyable lounging in a cost atmosphere. The lounge menu offers several savory and sweet snacks, sandwiches, cakes soft drinks, coffee, tea and a selection of wine and champagne.

If you wish, you can mix yourself a nice cocktail. The lounge is an ideal place for relaxing with friends after a long day or watching a gripping football game on the TV. It is possible to use a computer and print if necessary.

SPA & WELLNESS
Spa-lounge is a private and a cozy place, which environment offers rest and relaxation for the mind. Guests can use the relaxation area, the sanarium with light and aromatherapy, sauna and steamsauna, also swimming pool with sun loungers.

FITNESS CLUB
Fitness club offers the opportunity to train with traditional fitness club equipment as well with cardio equipment. The fitness room is located next to spa-lounge and is open for 24/7.

EVENT CENTRE
The event centre of Hotel Lydia is an excellent place for anniversaries, seminars, receptions or conferences. The theatre-style event centre has room for 180 people, a diverse room layout, and an elegant and eye-catching interior design, and it is equipped with state-of-the-art audio and light solutions.

The event centre rental price includes projection equipment with digital display wall, sound equipment, rostrum, 2 hand microphones, 2 main microphones and lighting control system. The computer can be connected to a digital display wall, either with an HDMI cable or a clickshare device running over USB.

HARALD MATTIAS WHITE HALL
Historical and stately furnished hall is suitable for smaller events. The private hall can seat up to 22 people for dinners, meetings, events or coffee breaks. The room is equipped with touch screen TV and event catering is offered by restaurant Hõlm.
