ROOMS
A holiday in Hotel Punta Scario involves a light suitcase but a heart full of memories! And it couldn’t be any other way, thanks to the rooms directly overlooking the sea!

You will start your day, opening the windows, with a marvellous view of the infinite blue that separates Salina from Stromboli and Panarea, and you can end it enjoying one of the most beautiful sunsets on the island, perhaps sipping a good glass of Malvasia served in your room.

Thanks to the hotel’s panoramic location, all rooms have a small garden or a small private terrace with a sea view. Terraces and gardens surround the two floors of the hotel, allowing the view to be enjoyed from every point.

You can choose between superior, with a garden and sunset view or premium with a view of the islands and double sunrise and sunset views, overlooking the sea. All, inexorably, romantic.

Blue has always been one of the most loved colours by men, women and artists! Associated with harmony and imagination, it is characterised by an infinite range of hues, just like those you can admire on the horizon from your room in Hotel Punta Scario.

According to Kandisky, “from a musical point of view, light blue resembles a flute, blue a cello and, when it becomes very dark, the marvellous sound of the double bass; in its darkest dimension, it has the deep sound of an organ”: Every time you open the window, you can ‘listen’ to a real emotional orchestra!

VILLA
Our exclusive villa with garden is located in the centre of Malfa and is completely renovated. The floors are all antique and restored cement tiles, and the spaces are spacious and bright. The three bedrooms all have bathrooms, and the living room also has a double sofa bed.

The panoramic terrace has sun loungers and tables so you can enjoy the terrace for lunch and dinner while enjoying the beautiful sea view. The villa is in the village, next to the post office, and is only a ten-minute walk from the beach of Punta Scario.

The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for an independent holiday, including washing machine and tumble dryer. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning with independent temperature control and inverter, Wi-Fi connection and satellite TV with Sky.

The garden is equipped with chaise longue and table that can be shaded by a practical sunshade. In less than five minutes’ walk you can reach Hotel Punta Scario, for an aperitif on the terrace, at sunset.

DINING
Overlooking the sea, facing Stromboli and Panarea, the terrace is a unique space where you can enjoy a drink away from the buzz of the town, immersed only in the blue of the sea and the red of the sky at sunset. A true spectacle!

Our bartender is very fond of playing with the flavours and aromas offered by local products, offering with his drinks a sensory journey with the common thread of local customs and traditions: A proposal that pays homage to the territory at its best.
 So does our wine cellar, which offers a thoughtful selection of the most surprising local and Sicilian wines.

And for breakfast? Your awakenings in Salina will have something magical: The serenity of the location, the green of nature, the blue sea in front and the islands in front, the warm and familiar welcome of the staff, always kind and helpful, and a rich buffet awaiting you. Every day our kitchen bakes tarts and biscuits, using the best raw materials.

The most evocative pool on the island: At Hotel Punta Scario you can immerse yourself and swim in an incredible overhanging pool, commonly known as the ‘Infinity Pool’, where you will feel as if you can reach the islands of Stromboli and Panarea visible on the horizon in just a few strokes.

Around the swimming pool you can relax in the area equipped with comfortable loungers and a shower, as well as access the SPA.

THE SPA
Sun, sea and more! Also a lot of well-being. Start your day in our SPA: Finnish sauna, Turkish bath and emotional shower for a burst of energy. Once you have completed the experience, you can dive into our infinity pool for the first dive of the day!
