The Rapallo is an inviting and comfortable boutique hotel that has been managed by the Conti Lapi family since 1954. All 26 rooms have been recently renovated with a special eye on details: the modern, functional design is inspired by the warmth of old-time hospitality.

Located close to the historic center of Florence – a very short walk from Piazza Indipendenza, the Hotel Rapallo is the perfect starting point for discovering the city’s main points of interest, without taking public transportation or needing a car.

ROOMS
Our rooms, that have been entirely refurbished all have private baths with tub or shower. The colors and materials were chosen to create an atmosphere that will enhance your rest and wellness: hardwood floors, new furniture and drapes, along with top quality mattresses that are strictly Made in Italy guarantee an enjoyable stay even for allergy sufferers.

Hotel Rapallo has two types of rooms: “Standard” and “Terrace”, all available for single, or double occupancy, plus an extra bed or crib for families.

STANDARD ROOMS
The double or twin Standard Rooms offer the quiet and comforts requested by the business or leisure traveler or those who want intimacy and the right atmosphere for a romantic getaway (contact us if you want to arrange a little surprise for your partner);

All the rooms are perfectly soundproofed and have independent heating and cooling so that you can adjust the temperature any way you want. Some Standard Rooms have balconies where you can smoke.

TERRACE ROOMS
Designed and furnished like the standard version, these rooms have a private terrace. The Terrace Rooms are the perfect choice for an unforgettable stay in Florence.

Located on the top floor of the hotel, they offer a wonderful view of the city’s red rooftops and surrounding hills to enjoy while sipping a glass of Chianti or Prosecco.

THE BREAKFAST
Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 10:00 a.m. The buffet features a vast selection of sweet and savory (eggs, bacon, hot dogs, salad, cold cuts, cheeses, nuts, and honey) items.

Our dining room staff will bring your favorite beverage –excellent cappuccino, Italian espresso, American coffee, tea or hot chocolate – to your table. Our staff is at your full disposal to meet your needs in case of food allergies or intolerances allergies.

On request we can provide lactose-free foods, and a package of organic, certified gluten-free foods. Breakfast can be served in your room at no extra charge.

ACCESSIBILITY
Hotel Rapallo has no architectural barriers. People with disabilities or reduced mobility can access the hall, the common rooms, the elevator and the rooms with a wheelchair. Upon request, two bedrooms are available with bathroom equipped with grab bars and chair in the shower.

INTERNET CORNER
If your need to print your boarding pass, or vouchers for your museum visits, you can use a PC and printer. Or, if you prefer, our front desk staff will be happy to print the documents you need.

THE DOME OF FLORENCE
The Florence Cathedral was the largest church in the world in the 14th century and still today is the third largest church in Europe. The facade is covered with pink, white and green marbles. FORTEZZA DA BASSO

PONTE VECCHIO
Palazzo Vecchio is one of the major symbols of the city. It is the oldest bridge and it is said that during World War II, Hitler was also astonished by his beauty that he decided not to bombard him.

PIAZZALE MICHELANGELO

BOBOLI GARDEN
It is the garden of the famous Pitti Palace which was the residence of the Medici before being sold to the Lorenza family and then to the Savoy family.
