ROOMS & SUITES
Airy and bright, furnished with antique furniture, elaborate and design pieces, fine fabrics, each room and suite has an individual style that embraces the guest in his moments of rest. Glimpses of the flower garden or the sea, whose scents are carried on the breeze that gently enters through the large windows and balconies, are complicit in creating a perfect environment for relaxation.

Rooms are named after the plants that are part of the rich vegetation of the Island: Acanto, Malva, Broom, Absinthe … are divided into: Classic, Superior, Deluxe and Suite. At guests’ disposal all the main amenities: air conditioning, ceiling fan, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, telephone, mini bar, safe and room service.

SIGNUM RESTAURANT
A delight of flavors and atmosphere, this is the formula of our flagship restaurant of the house. Martina is the young talent of the Aeolian culinary scene, acclaimed by critics and awarded with a star from the Michelin Guide as one of the top performers of high cuisine and in 2019 received the Michelin Guide award in collaboration with Veuve Clicquot as the best female chef of the year.

Dreamer, passionate, scholar, expresses an innovative style, full of impetus that contemplates lightness, creative flair and mastery of technique. Small pieces of art that reflect the variation of seasons, enhance the authenticity of raw materials and reveal a great search that starts from tradition. THE FAMILY
A dream born in 1988 when Clara Rametta and Michele Caruso decided to renovate some old houses that would become the first rooms of the hotel.
