The Maison d’Uzès is a charming boutique hotel that has managed to retain the charm of times past. Guests always receive a warm welcome and attentive service at this 5-star Relais & Châteaux hotel, and are sure to admire the incredible architecture of a building full of history. Thanks to its remarkable architecture, it is listed historic monument.

The Table d’Uzès, the hotel restaurant, has one star in the Michelin Guide. The restaurant food is a true delight. Situated in the Languedoc, close to Provence, the hotel restaurant, the Table d’Uzès, naturally focuses on flavours from the South of France.

Housed in a remarkable setting with Romanesque arches and outcrops of Gallo-Greek foundations, the Spa is the symbol of well-being. The 150 m² Spa is a temple of well-being based on traditions going back centuries. A Turkish bath and Roman bath have been associated with all the rituals developped by L’Occitane.

The city of Uzès is a joy to discover, full of history and with a delightful atmosphere. Situated between Avignon and Nîmes, Uzès is a charming town with narrow streets lined with beautiful tall buildings made of honey-coloured stone.

LA TABLE D’UZES
The chef selects the finest products, and most beautiful fruits and vegetables. Tomatoes, courgettes, beans, and aubergines ripen slowly in the warm sunshine in this part of the world. Regional cuisine combines their colours and flavours, accenting them with aromatic herbs.

Pastries are made with sun-kissed fruit: peaches, apricots, and nectarines. This freshness and sweetness are in keeping with the hotel’s spirit. The restaurant’s cooking epitomises the many facets of fine Languedoc cuisine and goes beautifully with a good bottle of wine from the region (or elsewhere).

THE CHEF – CHRISTOPHE DUCROS
From Valence in the southeast of France, Christophe Ducros has been heading up the kitchens at La Maison d’Uzès since 2016 and since that time has maintained the restaurants Michelin star rating.

His career path led him to work at many prestigious restaurants such as La Tour Rose in Lyon (1 Michein star), La Pomme de Pin in Courchevel and recently at l’Oasis in La Napoule (2 Michelin stars).

Today he’s going back to his roots, back to what he’s always loved; cooking from his childhood. «We love cooking with the seasons. The food is authentic and respects the origins of its ingredients.»

An enthusiastic chef, he enjoys enriching his dishes everyday with produce harvested from the nearby valley. «The market stalls at the Place aux Herbes are overflowing with delicious aromas and colors, only a few steps away.

SPA & WELLNESS
Housed in a remarkable setting with Romanesque arches and outcrops of Gallo-Greek foundations, the Spa is the symbol of well-being. The 150 m² Spa is a temple of well-being based on traditions going back centuries. A Turkish bath and Roman bath have been associated with all the rituals developped by L’Occitane.

After a good shower, you can also enjoy the unique sensation of a roman bath. Contact with stone, coloured water for a chromotherapy effect, and a water wall will envelop you in a tremendous sense of relaxation and well-being during your stay in Uzès. The 150 m² spa features:

  • A double booth with two showers and two massage beds.
  • A single booth with a massage bed.
  • A reception desk offering L’Occitane products for sale.
  • A Turkish bath.
  • A roman bath with water wall and chromotherapy

TREATMENTS & MASSAGES
Your experience then takes you on a true olfactory journey, sequenced at every step by comforting or energizing aromas. The voyage of the senses continues through gestures, sensorial textures, relaxing music and the herbal teas inspired by Provencal traditions.

The Spa is a natural extension of our brand. In respect for authenticity, we always prefer hand-performed treatments over machines and traditional massage techniques over technologies. You can enjoy modelling or massage in a hushed, extremely cosy atmosphere in the vaulted treatment room. Relaxation is the byword in this intimate universe.
