- Welcoming by the pool; The Welcome reception by the pool since it is an informal, relaxed meal, without time limit, which allows to receive the guests personally, in a cheerful and relaxed atmosphere. The wonderful views from the pool help to have the first impression of the landscapes of Tuscany.
- Symbolic ceremony: a really nice Symbolic Ceremony can be held by the pool with amazing views or in all other spaces as per your choice.
- Garden of la fontana: With its great views and sunsets in this gardens you can also have parties, up to 100 – 120 people
- Wedding dinner: Our restaurant La Taverna Toscana has an internal capacity for 100 people: The outside Brunello Terrace and the Fountain garden can be used for up to 100.-120 invitations. Normally dinner consists of Welcome aperitif corners at buffet or antipasto, 2 first plates of pasta or risotto, a second main dish of meat and finally the wedding cake and a dessert table. Also in the middle of the party they offer sandwiches, pizzas or something similar. Different menu and wine alternatives will be presented in a timely manner.
- After dinner party & dance: For the party and the dance we have the Las Cavas of the old winery that in previous marriages have been transformed into a Night Club with its Bar and a DJ or live music that can play until the early hours of the morning.
- Religious Ceremony: There are various churches for religious ceremonies. Very close to Laticastelli there is a chapel for 50 people, which is ideal for intimate and small marriages. Just outside Rapolano Terme, 5 min driving, you can find Pieve di San Vittore. A very old Romanesque church, with a very special religious sense and that has already been chosen in previous marriages. Marriages in Pieve have always left the memory of a ceremony held with a deep feeling For more important celebrations 30 minutes away is the Abbey of Monte Oliveto Maggiore. VISITING TUSCANY
As the motorway is only 2 km away, so within one hour of easy driving you may go to Florence or Assisi , see all the Chianti, Siena or the Val d Orcia. Plus the beautiful villages of San Gimignano. Volterra, Cortona, Pienza or Montalcino. With all this to see, it is suggested a stay of 4 to 6 day.
If you prefer to spend a nice day at the beach, we would recommend visiting one of the beautiful Tuscan beaches. In less than two hours you can reach Orbetello, Porto Ercole and Porto Santo Stefano.
WINE TOUR & VISIT OF THE COL DI LAMO WINERY
The Departure with a private van from Laticastelli. The whole estate has a surface of about 80 hectares of land. The Brunello di Montacino grape vines cover six hectares , 1.5 hectares are covered by Rosso di Montalcino grape vines, and two hectares produce other types of wine.
The winery is located in one of the most suggestive areas of Tuscany, between Montalcino and Val d’Orcia. The vineyards grow in an altitude of 300 m. On previous request we can organize an aperitivo or private dinner with a view on the hills of Val D’orcia.

A few kilometers from Laticastelli is the excellent 18-hole golf field designed by Robert Trent Jones, a truly modern and exciting camp. If your play level is too good, just 40 minutes by car you will find two playing fields in Perugia surrounded by a wonderful frame of trees and hills. FLORENCE & ART
The Renaissance made Florence famous for its art and culture. Today the city itself is an open-air museum for the exceptional architecture of its Cathedral and for its Palaces, Museums and Churches.
Walking on the Ponte Vecchio is something not to be missed and visiting the Uffizi is a unique experience Florence can be reached from Laticastelli in an hour by car.
Small Towns and Medieval Castles. In the surroundings of Laticastelli there are a series of small villages, castles and medieval villages.
In a few minutes you can reach places such as Montebenichi, Modanella Castle, Lucignano and the Benedictine Abbey of Monte Oliveto Maggiore. To explore this series of enchanting places we recommend a 4/6 nights stay.
CHIANTI
Chianti is an area between Siena and Florence, a immense succession of beautiful hills with vineyards, cellars, castles and well-preserved villages. Do not miss the chance to visit San Gusmè, the Castle of Brolio, Radda in Chianti and Volpaia, (where we would recommend to have lunch).You can visit one of the many wineries along the famous Chianti road to taste a good local wine or perhaps pamper yourself with a Chianti Riserva.
VAL D’ORCIA, MONTEPULCIANO, PIENZA & MONTALCINO
Montepulciano is a beautiful village located in the highest part of a hill with a wonderful view of the surrounding vineyards, Montalcino is mainly known for the “superb” Brunello, but the lively town is certainly worth a visit, especially in summer nights.
Pienza, the native town of Pope Pius II, is considered the “touchstone of Renaissance urbanism”. Still today is the perfect representation of a small and well-kept medieval city. A visit to the Monte Oliveto Abbey is just the right conclusion of a very rich journey through natural beauty and artistic details.
