Situated in one of most authentic and evocative corners of Venice, the Liassidi Luxury and Wellness Suites represent a novel approach to the concept of luxury and exclusiveness in hotel accommodation. Located in a small palazzo overlooking a picturesque canal, each of the five spacious, individually furnished and decorated suites features its own private Turkish bath, as well as a sensory shower with chromo-therapy.
The jewel in the crown of the establishment is the 70 m2 King Suite, complete with a spa bath that overlooks the canal and provides sauna and hydroline hydro-massage facilities all in a highly romantic setting.
Instead of a traditional concierge, we provide an exclusive butler service: a pair of English-style butlers will be happy to take care of all your needs, including unpacking and hanging clothes in your wardrobe, preparing light menus, serving breakfast in the garden or in your room, turning down, as well as spoiling you in countless other ways. You can enjoy an ample breakfast in your Suite or in the peace and quiet of our private garden.
QUEEN SUITE CANAL VIEW
A roomy, 50 m2 suite with an art deco feel. The warm, mustard colour of the walls, original light fittings, leather headboards and period furnishings combine to give the impression of a bygone age. The suite is equipped with every comfort: LCD television, corner bar, coffee making machine, hand-basin, kettle and mini-bar, while the windows look out over a typical Venetian canal.
The central feature of the bathroom, which is finished in precious Italian travertino marble, is the generous shower, which features sensory lighting, chromo-therapy, hydro-therapy and Turkish bath. The glass shower screens, with their bold hand-painted designs, lead directly into the bedroom.
KING SUITE CANAL VIEW
The jewel in the crown of the Liassidi Wellness Suites: 70 m2, high ceilings with original beams whose warm colour contrasts perfectly with the ivory of the walls.
The furnishings include: armchairs in olive burl wood and original period fittings, herringbone pattern Italian walnut parquet flooring, ample corner bar, and a balcony with a view over a typical Castello district Venetian canal. LCD television, space reserved for coffee making machine, hand-basin, mini-bar and kettle.
The bathroom is fitted with a hydroline hydro-massage tub as well as a spacious sensory shower featuring chromo-therapy, hydro-therapy and Turkish bath. The suite also includes a Finnish sauna, practically the only one of its kind in the whole city.

Located opposite the historic church of S. Antonin, and a short distance from the Hellenic Museum and the Scuola di San Giorgio degli Schiavoni, which houses Bellini’s most important works, the Liassidi Luxury and Wellness Suites are just a few minutes’ walk from Piazza San Marco, while remaining off the main tourist routes.
The local shops, restaurants and traditional inns in this, the oldest and most authentic district of Venice, help to maintain a genuine Venetian flavour, which has become little more than a memory in the rest of the city.
