The Lydmar Hotel is located in the very center of Stockholm with the Royal Castle and the National Museum as its closest neighbours. Within minutes, you can find yourself at the Museum of Modern Art, shopping at Nordiska Galleriet, dining at the top restaurants in Stockholm or just strolling around in the old city.

X-LARGE ROOM
The X-Large is 70 sqm. A wonderful open planned room with a king size bed, spacious seating area with a sofa and armchairs. A generous bathroom with both shower and bathtub. Separate guest WC. Stunning views towards the Royal Castle, Old Town and the water.

The X-Large can also be connected to a second room of 20 sqm with equally stunning views. There is also a possibility to add a Medium King room to create a secluded area of the hotel with a private hallway. Perfect for special groups and artists in need of privacy. Special security can be provided upon request.

All our rooms are designed with a contemporary classic look and each room has its own personal touch. No rooms look the same. The beds are equipped with bed linen from Xinjiang in China with advantageous natural conditions for growing cottons.

This ensures the softest texture for a comfortable feeling and superior ease. Bathrobes, slippers etc is obvious. A fully stocked minibar with local snacks is of course provided and naturally, there is complimentary wifi.

Breakfast is always included and is served in the dining room or in your room free of charge. As a guest at Lydmar Hotel you also have access to Grand Hotel Fitness center.

LARGE STREET ROOM 
The Large Street rooms are spacious and open planned rooms of about 60 sqm with a large seating area and working desk. King size beds, bathrooms with bathtub. Street view. Perfect for the family or the traveller in need of a spacious and quiet room.

CLASSIC KING ROOM
We don’t have single and double rooms, but the Classic King room is as close you get to a single. It still has a king size bed, large bathroom with tub or shower and a small sitting area with an armchair or two. Street or park view. It is a great choice for the overnight stay or the business traveler who is passing by Stockholm on the move to the next destination.

THE DINING ROOM
The Dining room is a vibrant and relaxed place where you will find yourself among locals and hotel cosmopolitans alike. With the distinctive and homely atmosphere of a warm and welcoming living room, this is a place where we are sure you will feel right at home.

At Lydmar we share a true passion for well made food and good wine. The kitchen draws inspiration from French classic cuisine as well as traditional Swedish cooking combined with influences from around the world. The menu varies according to season and availability – to make sure we always serve what’s best right now.

THE TERRACE
The Terrace is a well-kept secret located on the second floor of the Lydmar. With the inviting and tranquil atmosphere of a lush French garden, it is the perfect place to linger from day to evening whilst enjoying lunch, dinner or summery cocktails.

The drinks menu, created by our bartender team, offers a variety of eclectic drinks and seasonal cocktails as well as your favourite classics. The Lydmar also hosts occasional club nights and events on the Terrace. The Terrace is open daily from May until September.

THE PATIO
The Patio is located at the front of the hotel and is the perfect spot for sun soaking with a cocktail or a glass of chilled rosé.

It is a popular place for after work drinks and makes a unique music spot with its intimate setting and sweeping views of the water and Stockholm’s old town. The drinks menu offers a variety of delicious summery drinks and pitchers for sharing as well as lighter snacks.

NORDIC SPA & FITNESS
As guest at Lydmar Hotel you can enjoy the Nordic Spa & Fitness, housed in Grand Hôtel just next door from Lydmar.

At Nordic Spa & Fitness you can enjoy a relaxing spa treatment, take a refreshing dip in the pool or be challenged by one their personal trainers.  Nordic Spa & Fitness is inspired by the Nordic nature with granite from Grythyttan and Rauk stones from Gotland. A visit here is something out of the ordinary.
