Magna Pars Event Space, established in 1991, is located on the ground floor of an early twentieth-century building at Via Tortona 15, Milan. Now, thanks to Magna Pars Suites Milano, it has been renovated and greatly improved. The structure, originally the premises of the Perfume

LOCATION
Magna Pars, l’Hotel à Parfum is situated in Milano dei Navigli, just a few minutes’ walk from the historic Porta Genova Station and the lively Via Tortona, the nerve centre of fashion and design.

It is tucked away on Via Forcella, a quiet and attractive little street where you can enjoy absolute peace and tranquillity.

SUITES
The Sixty Suites were designed for the most refined and discerning guests and decorated with the same loving care as one’s home.

Superb Italian textiles and furnishings, outstanding artisan workmanship, and vegetal-tanned natural leather handmade by skilled Italian artisans add beauty and uniqueness to the Suites with furniture produced by talented furniture-makers from the Lombardy region.

Each Suite decorated in subtle colors has refined lighting, brushed oak wood plank floors, leather sofas and chairs, glass tables, a bookcase with a small private collection, and refined paintings inspired by the olfactory elements that give each Suite its name and character.

The sixty hotel suites – an expression of excellence and human creativity catering to the most refined guests – offer sophisticated Italian hospitality.

Each suite is inspired by a floral, fruity, aromatic, woody or resinous olfactory note in line with the history of perfumes. In particular, nineteen suites are dedicated to flowering trees and bushes such as the Gardenia, Jasmine, Neroli and Magnolia.

Nine are devoted to woods such as Vetiver, Sandalwood and Patchouli, twelve are inspired by fruit trees such as the Loquat, Cherry and Fig, and twenty are dedicated to aromatic shrubs like White Sage and resinous plants such as Myrrh and Styrax.

GRAND PRESIDENTIAL SUITE
The Grand Presidential Suite has calming colours, stylish lighting, brushed durmast panels, 2 smart, comfortable leather couches, 6 leather chairs, a glass table (measuring 70.5×240 cm and 75 cm in height), a coffee table (measuring 167×206 cm and 44 cm in height), a small private library, and beautiful paintings by artists at the Brera Academy inspired by the scents, and a fragrance that defines the name and character of the suite.

It features a modern corner bar, a bright and welcoming living area, a reading corner, a 46-inch 3D television with Sky channels, a safety deposit box, a Technogym device, an elegant sleeping area with king-size bed, and a generous bathroom. The Suite is located on the second floor and overlooks the internal garden. 90 sqm.

GRAN PRESTIGE TERRACE SUITE
The suite is characterized by subtle colors, refined lighting, brushed oak wood plank floors, a comfortable and elegant leather sofa, a bookcase with a small private collection, and refined paintings created by young Milanese artists who artistically interpreted the olfactory elements that give each suite its name.

It has a modern bar corner, a 49-inch TV with Sky channels and Fusion TV with Chromecast system, a safe, an elegant king size bedroom and spacious bath with Jacuzzi and separate shower. It has a private terrace with elegant furnishings. 77 sq. m. in size.

EXECUTIVE SUITE
Each suite has calming colours, stylish lighting, brushed durmast panels, 2 smart, comfortable leather couches, 4 leather chairs, a glass table (measuring 70×185 cm and 75 cm in height), a coffee table (measuring 171×153 cm and 44 cm in height), a small private library, and beautiful paintings by artists at the Brera Academy inspired by the scents.

It features a modern corner bar, a bright and welcoming living area, a 46-inch 3D television with Sky channels, a safety deposit box, an elegant sleeping area with king-size bed, and a generous bathroom. The windows look out onto the internal garden. Twin beds are not available. Each Suite has its own fragrance. 55 sqm

Executive Chef at Restaurant DA NOI IN Via Forcella 6, offers a modern creative cuisine thanks to high quality ingredients. Scents and aromas are combined with skill and verve, following also the very best of genuine Italian recipes to titillate even the most discerning palate.

Our selection of wines on display represents the best of Italian production and promises to fascinate every wine lover. All the senses are satisfied to perfection. The restaurant also has an enchanting garden, an elegant and comfortable environments.

The guests at the hotel and all lovers of fine dining are invited to come and savour the finest of Italian specialities in a convivial, intimate and welcoming setting.

There are two fireplaces to warm the body and the soul, an attractive selection of old volumes, and a splendid image of a field of lavender to make diners feel at home.

Lavander: a Mediterranean herb with a long history as an ingredient in perfumes as well as in cooking. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with stainless steel cabinets and appliances and state-of-the-art devices.

LIQUIDAMBAR
A secret door made of copper and crafted by artists at the Academy of Fine Arts of Brera opens to reveal a smart and comfortable environment.

You will be treated to the best hospitality and the pleasure of beauty as you would in any elegant Italian home, with excellent cocktails and fantastic food that will get your taste buds tingling.

The sophisticated lounge bar has a long counter made of white onyx and overlooks the enchanting garden. The three trees of the Liquidambar, with their characteristic “Indian summer” colours, are the highlights of the garden and represent the symbol of the lounge bar.

Liquidambar means “amber liquid”: These plants contain storax, a scented resin which is soft to the touch and, when placed on burning coals, releases a pleasant aroma. There is a magnificent selection of wines to appeal to all wine lovers.

GYM & SPA
This environment, with beautifully designed features and the warm hues of wood, overlooks the internal garden. In order to invigorate yourself and restore your inner balance and feel in shape, you need to discover the pleasure of caring for your body.

Personal wellbeing, relaxation and physical exercise. The gym, equipped with Technogym machines, and the SPA, are exclusively for the use of our guests. Wellbeing and fitness courses and physical activity can be enjoyed all in one, pleasant environment.

We offer a personal trainer service on request. A wellness/massage course is also available on request.

MAGNA PARS EVENT SPACE
Magna Pars Event Space, established in 1991, is located on the ground floor of an early twentieth-century building at Via Tortona 15, Milan. Now, thanks to Magna Pars Suites Milano, it has been renovated and greatly improved.

The structure, originally the premises of the Perfume Factory, was converted into a multipurpose venue in 1991, preserving and re-interpreting the original features of the post-industrial building in an elegant and contemporary style.

There are multipurpose conference rooms for all events and occasions, from business meetings to private parties, and a catering service.

THE GARDEN
The splendid internal garden was designed and created in keeping with true Magna Pars style. Tasteful and aesthetically pleasing, it forms the small, green heart of the complex.

Piramidal hornbeams, Maples, Magnolia Julia, flowering shrubs like the Cornus, Azaleas, Hortensia Quercifolia, Mutabilis roses, Abelia, Vinca, Ferns, Clematis and Olive trees populate the garden in perfect harmony.

Three Liquidambar trees, with their characteristically autumnal hues, are the colourful highlights of our garden.

THE PERFUME LABORATORY
Enchanting and impressing visitors with its heritage, this fascinating place is a dream that interprets a prestigious past composed of emotions, talent, and artisan savoir-faire. The architecture of the Laboratory reflects creative yet rigorous design.

An elegant wood cabinet inspired by the memorable pharmaceutical laboratory of Marvin, the historic cosmetic brand established by Vincenzo Martone, holds objects from the Sixties from the family archive and defines the work area.

Warm wood combined with powerful iron and steel are used for the structure of the four “islands”, the distinctive element of the Perfume Laboratory: here hotel guests and curious travelers can appreciate the Thirty-nine Essences selected from floral, fruity and wood aromas.

A small private library with works on the art of perfume-making and literature about perfume can pique the interest of guests and accompany the olfactory experience.

Elegant velvet-upholstered chairs where one can sit while leafing through a book or admiring the enchanting small green courtyard garden of the Hotel as the Essences are being prepared are the final touch to the magical atmosphere of LabSolue.

HOME FRAGRANCES
The Thirty-nine Home Fragrances were created by world-famous Noses who are the stars of the international perfume industry. These experts love perfume as much as sisters Ambra and Giorgia Martone, the creators of this collection that was launched in 2013 with the Hotel and now has its own Laboratory.

Each Essence is distinguished by a number – the Suite number – and by the corresponding olfactive ingredient. Nine Suites are dedicated to aromatic woods, such as 7 Sandalwood, 8 Patchouli, 9 Vetiver, and 18 Rosewood.

Nineteen Suites are inspired by floral shrubs and trees, such as 20 Gardenia, 21 Jasmine, 23 Neroli, and 33 Magnolia. Eleven Suites are dedicated to fruit trees, such as 101 Bergamot, 204 Medlar, 303 Cherry, and 202 Fig.

Sixteen of the Thirty-nine Essences were chosen for artisan scented candles entirely made by hand that release their exhilarating fragrances to warm the ambiance.

The LabSolue line is composed of diffuser bottles with natural untreated bamboo reeds in 100 ml, 250 ml, 500 ml, and 1000 ml formats and 200 g candles.

Besides their emphasis on the values of high quality and artisan workmanship, the Martone sisters also sought to affirm a sustainable model of luxury by promoting the Refill and Reuse concepts.

Refill: People who love the fragrance can buy the refill of their favorite Essence to fill their diffuser bottle. Reuse: The home fragrance diffuser bottles and candle jars were designed to be reused as original flower vases.

AQUA ADORNATIONIS
The Marvin Aqua Adornationis line, especially created by Giorgia Martone in 2007 for the Magna Pars Suites Milano Amenities kit, is now on display and sold at LabSolue.

Aqua Adornationis formulas have been carefully studied and selected based on their quality and their olfactory value and are inspired by mysterious birth dates. The Aqua Adornationis line is an olfactive library in continuous evolution and, as such, will add other precious dates in the future.

The first volume “1947” is a Woody Aquatic Floral scent. The line, sold in bottles that replicate the shape of Marvin products, is composed of Toilette Water 120 ml, Bath Gel, Body Lotion, and Liquid Hand Soap in the 200 ml format.
