Mia takes its name from the Vietnamese word meaning sugar cane, a fitting choice given the emphasis placed on keeping the resort ‘green’ in every sense, both in appearance and with the application of environmental principles.
Set on the slope of a coastal mountain range, the resort is nestled on the shores of a quiet sandy bay surrounded by lush tropical gardens and the sparkling waters of the East Sea. Mia is unequaled in its beauty, serenity, privacy and hospitality.
Given its wonderful sitting atop a cliff, built into a hillside and also nestled in a private, secluded bay, there are memorable views from almost all of the resort.
One can see all the way to Cam Ranh International Airport to the far south, across the bay to the islands in the east, plus nearby rocky headlands and beaches. They are vistas that will remain with you long after you return home!
The resort is surrounded by natural wonders. To the west rugged, almost impenetrable jungle clad slopes support a wide variety of flora and fauna and our own coral reef in the bay near La Baia Restaurant is a great place to snorkel and observe the creatures calling it home.
In the afternoons, the Salanganes Bird, or Swiftlet can be observed from Mojito’s or the Cliff Top Villas hunting insects. These birds are locally very important, their nests being the source of the iconic Birds Nest Soup so famous across Asia.

BEACHFRONT RESIDENCES
Ten stunning Beachfront Residences overlooking the sea are the perfect choice for small groups, private celebrations or families and friends traveling together. They have 5 separate bedrooms and ample living space, both indoors and outdoors.
Up to 10 guests can be accommodated in absolute luxury on three connecting floors. A private infinity pool and manicured garden complete this spectacular villa.
Facilities include a private BBQ area, mini-kitchenette, indoor and outdoor dining rooms, indoor and outdoor lounges and a dedicated entertainment room. All five rooms are air-conditioned, equipped with TV, Video on Demand, minibar, luxurious in-room amenities, wardrobe, and safety box.
Exclusive services are available upon request. They are subject to advance booking and additional fees apply. It includes a Private Chef and wait staff, luxury private BBQ, grocery provisioning, babysitting, and private functions, weddings and other celebrations are also tailor-made for our guests.
All air-conditioned rooms are equipped with TV, Video-On-Demand, minibar, luxurious in-room amenities, wardrobe and safety box. A private chef and/or butler, private functions and weddings, can all be arranged upon request.

TWO BEDROOMS CLIFF VILLA
These roomy and luxurious villas are perfect for quality time to be spent with family or friends. They are private and also boast a beautiful ocean view. Very spacious, there is a total of 175 square meters indoors and a further 180 square meters of outdoor space.
Each villa has two bedrooms with a private garden, en-suite bathrooms, indoor and outdoor showers, and a shared splash pool. The shared dining room opens onto a terrace overlooking the pool and beach beyond.
Spacious and luxurious, The 2 Bedroom Cliff Villas are the perfect choice for those guests traveling with a family or a larger group of friends.
Local stone, timbers, granite have been used; and the design of the buildings is such a way that each suite blends in with the local environment to create a sense of privacy and relaxed elegance. The grass-covered rooftops also add to the feeling of the villas ‘belonging’!
There is a private splash pool, large indoor and outdoor lounges, indoor and outdoor showers, an entertainment system, plus 2 king size 4 poster beds. Full room service is available and we have made sure all the small things are attended to make your stay perfect!
BEACHFRONT VILLA
The Beachfront Villas are right on the beach, just a step away from the sand, with your own private splash pool. With 55 square meters of space indoors and a further 110 square meters outside it is a spacious and relaxed home away from home.
With the main facilities just a few minutes’ walk away, these villas are the epitome of luxury. Using locally sourced stone, timbers, and granite, a feature of all Mia rooms, the Beachfront Villas are designed to be part of the environment and blend in beautifully with the landscaped gardens which surrounds them.
The thick grass-covered rooftops adds to the feeling of the villas ‘belonging’ in their environment. Situated right alongside our private beach, they offer, privacy, luxury, superb features, and fittings and a way of life often only dreamed of!
Each Beachfront Villa has its own private splash pool, a terrace with lounge chairs, an entertainment system, indoor and outdoor showers, a massive 4-poster bed plus all those small details that make Mia stand out from the rest.
There is even a hammock for wiling away a lazy afternoon! The views across the East Sea and the jungle-clad mountains to the west are awe-inspiring!
FAMILY BEACHFRONT CONDO
Set right on the waterfront, Family Beachfront Condos have two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Inside has an area of 70 square meters with a further 30 square meters outdoors. The serene, waterfront setting allows Mum and Dad to have a quiet drink while being only footsteps away from the little ones.
As with all the rooms at Mia, the Family Beachfront Condos have been designed with the local environment in mind and incorporate locally sourced stone, timbers and granite. They are roomy, bright and breezy, as befits a tropical location and have a laid back and relaxed “feel”.
Each Condo is fitted out with the best modern conveniences such as an in-house entertainment system, sofas, bedding and a spacious patio where you can lay back and do absolutely nothing if you so desire!
With beautiful landscaping and lush, tropical gardens the setting is ideal for that relaxed, tropical get-away. If you are visiting with the family, these Condos are a great option and are designed with that in mind.
GARDEN VIEW CONDO
Set within strikingly manicured gardens and a lush banana plantation, the Garden View Condos are located close to main facilities and have 40 square meters indoor space and a further 30 square meters outside.
Elegantly decorated with natural materials such as wood, stone and granite, the spacious condos are fitted with luxurious beds, sofas with a coffee table and a widescreen TV connected to the in-house entertainment system.
Large patio doors let the light and sea breeze in, allowing you to immerse yourself in the beautiful landscape of Mia from the comfort of your room. The standard en-suite bathroom has a shower and, for those who like to take their time, a bathtub in which to enjoy long, relaxing soaks.
