Palais Ronsard Marrakech

Comfortably located in the heart of the Palmeraie, the Palais Ronsard has been designed for a new generation of travellers who are passionate about Marrakech, but who also want to rejuvenate, facing its abundant nature and the Atlas Mountains.

With its 28 suites (including 6 private pavilions, all equipped with private heated pools), the Palais Ronsard brings a new dimension to Marrakech, becoming a refuge with the air of a secret garden.

Offering a soothing break from the current unbridled and over-digitalized lifestyle, our guests can get themselves away from prying eyes, but also set up a cocoon base camp to explore the region and its striking landscapes (the Medina and its colourful souk, the endless dunes of the desert, the snow- covered peaks of the Atlas…).

Our restaurants carefully revisit the best of Moroccan cuisine twisted with Mediterranean and world influences, supplied by its own vegetable garden and masterfully led by the chef Alexandre Thomas. You’ll also find an array of areas dedicated to well-being: a fitness room, a spa, a sauna and a hammam.

THE GARDEN
Once through the ebony wrought iron gate of the Palais Ronsard, visitors discover the enchanting world of interior designer Gil Dez. The man who notably created the sumptuous decor of the Villa Gallici in Aix-en-Provence, creates a unique place with multiple inspirations: Art Deco, neo-Moorish, Baroque, Tuscan… but where the East is still present.

A 20 000 m2 green park teeming with giant palm trees and roses of Pierre de Ronsard, which diffuse their soft and refined scents, century-old olive trees… nature unfolds without limits.

A small green Eden where the lapping of fountains and rocky waterfalls merge with the song of birds. Not to mention the soothing pools enclosed by two colonnaded galleries and the outdoor lagoon-coloured swimming pool, which stands in the heart of the hotel.

SENIOR SUITES
Located on the ground floor or first floor, these spacious suites feature, for some of them, a private terrace overlooking the gardens of our house, the water basins and its surroundings, Atlas and Palmeraie. Senior Suites located on the first floor are accessible by elevator.

PAVILION
Located away from the main building, this ground floor pavilion will welcome you discreetly in a private and wooded area. Each pavilion opens up to a private terrace with a private plunge pool, surrounded by gardens. Calm and serenity assured.

LE JARDIN D’HIVER
The hotel’s restaurant offers a cuisine as healthy as it is gourmet, under the guidance of the chef Alexandre Thomas. Inspired by the traditional Moroccan cuisine, this gastronomic table also reinterprets Mediterranean specialties and those of more distant countries.

A seasonal menu inspired by nature, which allows you to create surprising taste memories, combined with a wine list that ranges from small Moroccan vineyards to great wines from Europe.

CULINARY DELIGHTS
Bespoke culinary experience inviting you to sample local food and seasonal culture led by our chef, Alexandre Thomas. Designed as a superb private home rather than a hotel with codes, meals can be enjoyed wherever guests wish.

In the heart of the restaurant Le Ronsard, but also in the vegetable garden or by the pool. A correct and elegant outfit is required in public places. Shorts are not allowed in bars and restaurants from 18:00 pm. Children are accepted from 12 years old.

GALLERIES
The Ronsard restaurant extends on an outdoor terrace with belle époque period influences. Two basins inhabited by bronze flamingos, encircled by columns of colonial inspiration fascinating the place with a chic and felted atmosphere.

LE VERGER
Le Verger offers the opportunity to enjoy lunches with vegetarian accents (but not only). In a royal setting, under a pergola climbed by the greenery, the tables are covered and lit by candlelight at nightfall. An intimate spot where you can enjoy the sunny days and the fabulous nature of the Palais Ronsard.

THE POOL HOUSE
In a more relaxed and sunny atmosphere, the pretty pergola bar of the swimming pool invites you to discover a varied and tasty cuisine. Come to taste our signature cocktails with a breathtaking view of the sunset over the Atlas Mountains.

THE BAR
The bar offers an invitation to the pleasures of meeting and epicureanism. The fantasy of the 30’s gives a unique cachet. It consists of a main red and gold room, lined with rare woods and scarlet velvet.

A La carte, the house’s culinary specialties include a wide selection of exclusive cocktails, “forgotten” aperitifs, exceptional liqueurs and unique millesimes. It is an appointment which the initiates would like keep secret for themselves!

THE SPA
The spa is located just a stone’s throw away from the vegetable garden, surrounded by fragrant roses and bougainvillea, but also by palm and olive trees.

Opening onto this beautiful Mediterranean garden, the 200m² spa admirably combines Western and Eastern well-being, in a space where minimalist aesthetics meets refinement and peace. A place entirely dedicated to rejuvenation and well-being of the mind and body.

Treat yourself to one of the relaxing and energizing massages, traditional scrubs and calibrated facial treatments proposed in our two double treatment rooms.

To enhance the experience, you will also find a fitness room of 120m² with a state of the art equipment (treadmill, exercise bike, Kinesis® core station…), where you can come and exercise from early morning to late evening. Continue your journey on the underground level where are located the hammam and sauna with their high detoxifying and soothing properties.
