PORTRAIT PENTHOUSE FLOOR
With 190 sqm (2.045 sq.ft) plus 30 sqm (322 sq.ft of terrace) in a prime location comprising all three top floor luxury suites in Rome – Penthouse Trinità dei Monti, an Executive Studio and a Deluxe Studio including a stunning terrace overlooking via Condotti – you can be as private or as sociable as you like.
The entire top floor of the property will be at your complete disposal to enjoy the heavenly sights, sounds of Rome. The floor has a maximum occupancy of 7 + 3 children in cot and with a total of three splendid bedrooms with private bathroom, two of them including a private sauna for absolute relaxation after a day spent in the vibrant city centre and Technogym equipment to stay in shape.
This penthouse offers both seclusion and the space to host friends, family or entourage. The Penthouse includes a marvellous private terrace overlooking Via Condotti and Trinità dei Monti, offering a bird’s eye view of this magical city from many perspectives. TIMELESS SUITE
Allow yourself to be enchanted by our Timeless Suite with the charm of a private apartment. The Suite is composed of one bedroom with two Twin beds or 1 King bed and windows opening onto Via Condotti, as well as a marble bathroom with shower and a spacious living area with sofa bed and kitchen area, allowing you to live in absolute privacy and comfort during your time in Rome, even with the family.
EXECUTIVE STUDIO
The Executive Studio is the ideal solution for those looking for a warm and refined environment, to enjoy moments of relaxation and wellness during a magical stay in the heart of the city.
JUNIOR SUITE
The Junior Suites are characterized by two distinct environments: an elegant bedroom with double bed and a charming separate living area with sofa bed, ideal to experience the holidays in absolute privacy with the family, in the heart of Rome.
To complete the suite, a marble bathroom with shower and equipped kitchenette. A space embellished with haute couture materials, from linen to handcrafted leather, encompassed by the most delicate shades of gray.
On request, some of our junior suites are equipped with a private balcony overlooking the Via Condotti and can be connected to a Studio Deluxe to accommodate in absolute comfort and privacy families or groups of friends.

In the heart of Via Condotti, above the Ferragamo Boutique, you will find these exquisite studios, featured in the finest tones of pink and grey and inspired by fashion and movies of the 50’s.

Our menu hosts over 15 from the best restaurants in the city, but can also accommodate that of your favorite one.
