What began as Conte Rafael de Neville’s holiday home has now become a chic retreat known as the Rafael Boutique Hotel. The charming hotel has a fine restaurant and a great location in the exclusive Porto Rafael district.
We have created an intimate atmosphere with an interesting history, designed to welcome our guests. Our mission is To help visitors to Sardinia enjoy the exclusivity and beauty of Porto Rafael, and have a charming base to discover the north east coast and the islands of the Maddalena.

TENDER BOAT RENTAL
Did you know that Porto Rafael has its’ own marina, and it is within walking distance from Rafael Boutique Hotel? There is no better way to explore the natural park that is the islands of the archipelago than in a Tender, which allows you to enter into small enclaves where larger boats cannot. It is possible to rent the Tender with or without a skipper.
TREKKING
The region of Gallura boasts a myriad of interesting sites to explore, with Instagram worthy backdrops and an array of Mediterranean flora and fauna. From beginner to professional, half-day to full-day, we have a local guide who can show you the ropes.
A picnic lunch is included in the hike. Many of the hikes end at the sea, where it is possible to cool off in the transparent water and get up close and personal with some pretty beautiful fish.

The boat trip through the islands of the Maddalena archipelago is the best option to get to know its clear waters and enjoy a swim in the most beautiful bays and beaches.
