Menu
We offer a kaiseki menu that incorporates seasonal seafood and seasonal high-quality ingredients. Therefore, all the gems can only be eaten at that time of year. We provide kaiseki with a commitment that matches the season.
We only handle the best quality ingredients from Oita prefecture and all over the country. However, we don’t just have good ones.
Even if one item handles one vegetable / ingredient, it is not used as it is, but the temperature is controlled and cooked to the state where the original taste is maximized by removing the miscellaneous taste of the ingredient. .. We hope that you will enjoy the deep taste of kaiseki that sticks to this “stickiness”.
Breakfast
As with the kaiseki cuisine for dinner, we have a great selection of specialties. Especially the chef’s special dried fish is exceptional. A plump yet crispy texture. The taste of fish also permeates in your mouth.
