The climate of Yufuin is unique to the mountains and changes drastically, changing its expression even day and night. Kanozo’s dishes are reorganized every day in the morning when customers come , thinking of “delicious” dishes that match the weather of the day.
It is a gourmet kaiseki that is richly arranged with seasonal ingredients that are popular with women. Please enjoy the cooking method that makes the best use of carefully selected Bungo beef and Yufuin ingredients. Please enjoy the many dishes that the chef who knows the season of Yufuin is proud to create one by one.
For breakfast, we will prepare a nutritious Japanese breakfast using seasonal ingredients of Yufuin and homemade ones.

Yufuin Onsen, which boasts the second largest amount of spring water after Beppu and Kusatsu, is a simple, colorless and transparent hot spring, and is also famous for its smooth texture and beautiful skin.
Its main effects are said to be effective for neuralgia, muscle pain, joint pain, poor circulation, and recovery from fatigue.
The large communal bath in the main building has an indoor bath and an open-air bath, and the gentle touch that is unique to a natural hot spring flowing directly from the source is attractive.
Big bath
We have an open-air bath and indoor bath where you can feel the changes of the four seasons. It is large enough to accommodate 20 to 30 people, and you can enjoy the indoor and outdoor baths through the glass. The built-in shower is also a hot spring. At night, you can relax while gazing at the starry sky.
The transition of the four seasons
Each of the eight guest rooms is equipped with an elaborate open-air bath. The open-air bath in the garden can be entered immediately from the guest room, and you can take a bath in the hot spring in a private space as much as you like, when you want. Please enjoy the bath while enjoying the scenery of the garden that changes with the seasons.
