In 1998, all 9 rooms were completed. In order to make our customers feel relaxed and nostalgic, we used beams of rice brewed from the US warehouse over 200 years ago in various places to create an atmosphere that “it has been standing here for a long time”.

By 2010 , we added two separate rooms that are completely different from the guest rooms in the building, and now have 11 rooms.
All of our staff give jugs, pruning, picking up fallen leaves, and sprinkling water to the trees every day so that customers who come all the way from afar can experience the splendor of fresh nature and experience even a little extraordinary feeling.

For the cuisine, the head chef since its establishment provides kaiseki cuisine, a creative Japanese cuisine centered on seafood, at different times.
There may be less local ingredients than other inns, but we try to enhance the most delicious seasonal flavors of each ingredient .
Therefore, we will only serve one course of whole body using seasonal ingredients carefully selected by the chef .
We are also committed to providing each product at the best possible timing.
Therefore, we may not be able to choose a wide start time for your meal, but we ask that you understand this and enjoy the cuisine of our hotel.
