MORIN KHUUR
Morin Khuur offers the most unique, refined and exquisite dining experience in all of Mongolia. Enjoy a culinary indulgence of 4 or 5 courses selected from a menu of the chef’s specialties to create your own custom-prepared meal with the finest ingredients.

The pool measures 23 by 6 metres with a depth of 1.0 to 1.8 metres. Heated terrace floors surround the pool. The pool’s water is purified without irritating chlorine using UV technology and maintained at a constant, comfortable temperature.

CITY TOUR
The City Tour takes you to the capital Ulanbaatar, where you’ll explore museums, stop for lunch, visit a cashmere factory and enjoy a traditional Mongolian concert – with an optional side trip to learn about authentic Mongol costumes. Arrive back at Terelj in time to share.

BUDDHISM TOUR
After breakfasting at the Hotel, set out for the Gandan Monastery near Ulanbaatar. Then visit the Choijin Lama Monastery, where you’ll stop for lunch. Afternoon takes you to the Bogd Khaan Winter Palace Museum and the 40-Foot Standing Buddha Temple. Return to the Hotel with time for dinner and relaxation.

EXPLORING ULAANBAATAR CITY 
3-5 hours is recommended for an in-depth day with visits inside two or three of the most must see sites such as Central Square, Chingis Khan’s statue, National History Museum, Gandan Monastery and Fine Arts Museum. For the first time visitors seeing all the major above sites are suitable.

For the repeating visitors explore the lesser-known sights in Ulaanbaatar such as Amgalan nunnery, ger districts, bow and arrow maker, musical instrument work shop, Gandan Monastery’s Fine Art school, Treasure room of State Library and much else. Ask for inquiries at reception desk of Terelj Hotel.

In the morning, start driving to Ulaanbaatar (2 hours). We will make a short city tour including a stop at the towering hill of Zaisan Hill, this minor hiking is required to get into the top of Zaisan and see panoramic view of the city.

Then drive to downtown to visit Gandan Monastery which was the only one active temple during socialist era and since democracy system has arrived, it became the center of Mongolian Buddhism.

After exploring main temple at Gandan, we will visit the Art School of Buddhist University, next have lunch at Mongolian style restaurant. Then we transfer to the National History Museum, the home of various collections of ethnic groups, after that visit to the Fine Arts Museum then take return drive to Terelj Hotel.

CHINGGIS KHAN’S EQUESTRIAN MONUMENT
Begins at Terelj Hotel ends at there too, spending our first hours exploring one of the country’s the first and the tallest equestrian monument of Chinggis Khan. We visit nearby herding family and experience their hospitality, after climbing to Chinggis Khan’s monument we start your ride in rolling hills of Mongolian steppe.

TERELJ SIGHTSEEING
Departure from Terelj Hotel in the morning and visit “Turtle” rock (15min), can climb up the rock through the rough path if dare and enjoy a superb view point over the valley. Then hike to “Aryabal” meditation temple to explore the small Buddhist meditation temple and experience nature photography.

Nearby there are plenty of horses and camels for riding. Upon guest choice we may organize Mongolian herding family visit and their living and hospitality experience. After that we transfer to “Chinggis Khaan” Equestrian Monument exploring one of the country’s the first and the tallest equestrian monument of Chinggis Khan.

Pack lunch will be provided on route. On the way back to the hotel stop at “Monk” rock to enjoy the surrounding nature then continue drive back to Terelj Hotel.

HORSE TRIP ALONG TUUL RIVER VALLEY
Tuul river is known as Mongols a Queen river and secluded valley locates nearby Terelj Hotel, the most fastest runaway from vibrant city life and get immerse to nature and adventure, enjoy comfortable pace of horse riding supported by vehicle and spend all day in back of famous Mongol horse, return to luxury Terelj Hotel for dinner and overnight.

FISHING TOUR
This far-ranging water shed of Tuul River with fishing guide and supported by UTV. Then you cast in wilderness of upper Tuul river valley, the highest and the most beautiful and the closest area from Terelj Hotel.

Next you fish along to mellow rapids of Tuul river. 2 passenger UTV (Polaris ) for driving through large marshy valleys and fishing equipment and waders are provided and expert fishing guide will be accompanied.
