Villa Costanza is located in Blevio, a corner of paradise on the shores of the lake, just a couple kilometres far from the city of Como. Villa Costanza is a mansion dated back to the early 20th century, restyled and transformed to a luxury Bed & Breakfast and location for exclusive events.

When approaching Villa Costanza, the park on different levels of terraces welcomes you first. It is a green oasis that perfectly integrates the mansion to the  surrounding nature.

Villa Costanza in its precious spaces houses a luxurious Bed and Breakfast. The lounge with a warm and elegant atmosphere, the bright veranda, the lush and exuberant park offer the guests unforgettable moments during all seasons.

The Bed and Breakfast Villa Costanza boasts four rooms with unique and exclusive character. Named as precious stones, the comfortable and functional rooms are all overlooking the lake, large, frescoed and decorated with a chic and modern décor.

Three of the rooms are placed on the second floor and on request it can be offered as unique and exclusive solution with independent entrance and communicating rooms, the proposal is completed by two magnificent terraces.

During the stay of the guests personalized services such as entertainment, transport and sports activities can be organized on request.

AMETISTA SUITE
Ametista the Suite of Villa Costanza is a room kissed by the rays of the sun. The room is completed with a large private terrace overlooking Lake Como perfect for relaxing at any time of the day.

The areas of the Ametista Suite are airy and include the atrium with wardrobe, a modern bathroom equipped with a comfortable shower and embellished with an exotic bas-relief.

The bedroom has a precious parquet floor and includes the double bed, an inviting sofa and a pleasant relaxing corner with armchairs. The royal and mysterious color of the decorations give Ametista a magical atmosphere that guests can enjoy during their stay.

THE BREAKFAST
At Villa Costanza the day begins with breakfast served in the beautiful and luminous veranda overlooking the lake. During summer season it can also be served on the main terrace of the garden.

The menu includes sweet and salty options and is created with fresh and seasonal products, selected every day. The short distribution chain is preferred and particular attention is also payed to the nutritional principles and the wellbeing of the guests.

THE PARK
Villa Costanza is entirely surrounded by a park composed with lush plants that enjoy the mild climate granted by lake Como.  The park of Villa Costanza develops in different levels of terraces that offer guests a variety of peaceful and relaxing corners.

It is perfect to read, sunbathe or simply wind down and enjoy the magnificent view of the lake. The main terrace is directly connected to the lounge and the veranda where breakfast is served during the warm months.
