Pratello is a small 18th-century hamlet located in the centre of a 320-hectare wildlife park with woodlands, olive groves and unique views. The Pratello area is mentioned in a law dated 8th November 1044, kept in the State Archives in Pisa.
Since those days many noble families have owned this estate. Within the rolling green hills of Tuscany lies a tiny 17th century village of 320 hectors (about 800 acres), rich in woodlands, olive groves and a magnificent panoramic view.
In an Act dating back to November 1044, found in the archives of Pisa, was the property deed of the Pratello territory. Since then, noble families have owned this land and built a luxurious villa upon it around 1650. Today the territory has been transformed into a unique countryside residence, named Villa di Pratello.

Olive groves, fields, hills and forests are the natural frame of the most romantic corner of Pratello where you can admire enchanting sunsets. You will be delighted from the scenic views of the countryside, of hills covered with olive trees and woods and you can follow the games of the swallows flying up and down touching the water. Villa di Pratello is sorrounded by a precious garden, a jewel of architecture and nature, built according to the classical Tuscan style. The green design creates natural charming geometries in wich you are able to discover green corners and patches of wonderful landscapes.

Villa di Pratello is a country residence, surrounded by a luxuriant nature and offers to its guests 10 deluxe rooms, all furnished with unique pieces or antiques in a typical tuscan style, and 2 suites, each one with a Jacuzzi.
NOBLE SUITE
The noble Suite is the largest accommodation in the manor house (about 45 sqm). Overlooking the beautiful frescoed hall, it has the peculiarity of being belonged to Mastiani Brunacci, ancient seventeenth-century owners. It has all the comforts such as: living room, heating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, telephone,kettle with tea, LCD satellite TV, hairdryer, bathroom amenities, bathrobes, slippers, and safe.
SUITE
The suite is located in the main Villa, its size is approximately 40 sqm. It is furnished in original Tuscan country style, it is equipped with a jacuzzi. Comfort Suite: sitting area, heating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, telephone,kettle, LCD satellite TV, hairdryer, bathroom amenities, bathrobes, slippers, and safe.
DELUXE ROOM
The Villa has 10 Deluxe bedrooms – NO SMOKING (about 25 square meters). Each room is decorated in an authentic Tuscan style with furniture reflecting the original antique period. Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, heating system, , kettles, telephone, TV with LCD television, Wi-Fi connection, hair dryer, safe, complimentary kit.

Due to its peculiar beauty and special hilltop position in the beautiful tuscan country side, Villa di Pratello, represents the perfect spot for a Destination Wedding in Italy. Organizing a wedding in Pratello is a wonderful experience; all the spaces available offer marvellous backgrounds for the different moments of the day.
The beautiful garden with view, is perfect for a double scenario that can include symbolic ceremony and open air dinner. The italian garden style can host a classy cocktail reception, the pool area and the courtyard are also available to change setting and atmosphere.

The use of this Private Airfield, (Avio Superfice Pratello), a beautiful 1000 m grass strip located just nearby the Villa is open free to guests that wish to arrive with their own aircraft. As from June 2013: We can offer hangar space upon request and availability in in our hangar if you wish to park the plane in security.
SPORT
Tuscany is excellent for all types of outdoor sports. The fresh Tuscan air and its harmonious green hills give you a great energy for any open air activity: here there are mountain bikes at your disposal, the perfect mean to explore this wonderful area; we can suggest you trekking itineraries, you can use the synthetic grass tennis court or go to the nearby equestrian center for horse back riding.
Golfers may enjoy an 18 hole golf court at about 10 km at Castelfalfi Golf Club and not far from Villa di Pratello there are the Casciana Thermal baths where to have a relaxing a peaceful time.
LOCATION
The strategic location of the Resort allows it to reach the most famous cities of Tuscany, but also to visit the most hidden corners and countries, which are also rich in art and history. Not far from us there are the ancient towns of Volterra and San Gimignano (about 30 minutes)
Villa di Pratello is located at a distance of about 40 kilometers from the international airport of Pisa, Galileo Galilei Airport and about an hour from the Amerigo Vespucci airport in Florence.
