A perfect, timeless welcome awaits you, like the one that the Conti Adami – the old owners of Villa Lattanzi – would offer friends at their buen retiro, which was very popular, thanks to the location, to the extent that the front is carved with the words: “The Guest, kissed by Pomona, is drawn to this place by the mild breezes and the flourishing vegetation.

You too can enjoy, at least for a while, the pleasure brought by the tranquillity of this place, as long as Syrus fires his darts”.

THE HISTORY
Villa Lattanzi is mentioned for the first time in the Land Registry at Torre delle Palme, in 1778, where it is classed as a hunting lodge. The first owners, the Conti Adami, shared their hospitality between these walls, as well as their love of the woods and the sea.

The villa’s next owner was Monsignor Lattanzi, who left it to the Archbishop’s See of Fermo, and in the last few years, it has become the property of the Beleggia family.

Not only have the architectural features been restored, the family has also brought back the traditional practice of welcoming and accommodating guests with the best there is to offer when they spend a few days in this fabulous setting, enjoying the 18th-century rooms, relaxing in the elegant bedrooms, and falling in love with the cuisine of Chef Vincenzo Russo in the restaurant.

It was a challenge to bring this gem back to its peak splendour, yet now, when Villa Lattanzi opens its doors, the feeling is one of pleasure and relaxation, of leaving the rest of the world outside.

Every corner of the villa combines the taste of history with that of contemporary comfort: the floors and stairs in prestigious materials are precious evidence of the passage of important guests of the Adami Counts, as are the paintings you can admire on the walls.

THE FAMILY
Villa Lattanzi tells a story that began a long time ago – one that we have decided to weave with our own. We have done it with the same attention that we reserve for weaving the gold threads in the jewellery of our collections, because the Beleggia Family has always been attracted by grace and beauty, by the possibility of putting a smile on the faces of those who choose our creations.

It is not important whether these are precious objects like the ones we sell under the Brosway, Rosato, Pianegonda and S’Agapõ brands, or precious moments like the ones we provide guests on our estates: what counts is that you feel happy and welcome.

Opening the door to our Prestige Room with Woodland Views is a unique experience, with the added special touches of a huge room, furnished with painstaking attention to detail, and stunning views over the Bosco del Cugnolo, which you can see from the three windows.

The living area provides a desk and armchair to those needing to work, but the real gem in this room is the bathtub in its centre, where you can soak away your tiredness and absorb the feelings of peace and relaxation.

Every combination reveals the story of its creator, a story that began in Ravello, at the Hotel Caruso Bel Mond, continuing at Villa Crespi (two Michelin stars), with Chef Antonino Cannavacciuolo, where he spent seven years as a sous-chef before moving to Bistrò in Turin and finally, at Villa Lattanzi.

We love the smell of bread when it greets us for our morning breakfast. We love the croissants oozing with honey, cakes baked with the very best fruit, the taste of just-made creme patissiere that is as rich as the one that nonna used to make.

POOL
Villa Lattanzi beholds beauty around every corner, timeless comfort spaces, like the new swimming pool with a breathtaking sea view: an oasis of peace and wellness, nestled between the breezy sea coast and the Cugnolo woods.

100 mq swimming pool in travertine with white ceramic finishes, hydromassage, Jacuzzi bath with teak finishes, wide solarium with sunbeds and umbrellas and an extraordinary scenery from dawn to sunset. A special gourmet Menu developed by Chef Russo can be tasted and enjoyed by all the guests.

PARK
There is a green pulse beating at the heart of Villa Lattanzi: a heart of 35 hectares of private woods, special paths on which to get lost in one’s own thoughts; and viewing points that lead straight to the foaming embrace of the sea.

Bosco del Cugnolo is a place that is so precious and special that it is now a protected area of the Marche Region, where the Mediterranean scrub preserves sections that are so rare as to be almost unique.

As you come and go, you will come across fragrant orange and lemon trees, imposing oaks, centuries-old olive trees, and then, strawberry trees, holm oaks, oleanders, and precious junipers. Each trail (there are five in all, with different difficulty levels and suitable for trekking enthusiasts) has a fully equipped rest area.

BEACH
The sound of the sea speaks straight to the heart when we observe it from the beach. We are in love with that sound, with that deep blue that forms a counterpoint to the soft, pale sand.

We love your animals and we are sure that the estate will provide them with lots of space to play in, where they can be happy by your side. The woodland paths seem made especially for them to enjoy chasing the squirrels, only to return to you, tail wagging happily under the sunshine.

We love the beauty of the light reflecting on the sea, the radiant green of the woods, the sky that merges with our ideas, and we love it when beauty becomes something concrete, like a jewel to be worn.

WINE SHOP
The wines in the wine shop at Villa Lattanzi, which will warm your hearts and are always enjoyed during sunset toasts, come from the other estate belonging to the Beleggia family, which is known as Officina del Sole and also located in Montegiorgio.

It would be difficult to find a more suitable name for this place, where the warmth of the sun caresses and gently ripens the grapes, pinching the olives and caressing the fruit trees, offering wine, oil and fruit of superior quality.

The white and red wines from the estate have been praised in the Gambero Rosso Wine Guide, and our bottles are a fabulous souvenir to take home, so that you can enjoy a sip of the Marche and think of us when you are far away from here.

MOBILITY AND PARKING SERVICE
Once you decide to come to Villa Lattanzi, we will even take care of your vehicle. We are happy to be able to offer you the Palina Repower charging point if your love of the environment has made you choose an electric vehicle while there is also a safe fenced car park with video surveillance cameras where you can leave your vehicle.

If you would rather we took care of your movements, we can offer you a transfer service to and from the most important points of interest in the whole region.
