Your holiday day at the Cervosa begins vital and varied with a generous gourmet buffet. In the afternoon we spoil you with our vitality buffet and in the evening you have the choice between different 5-course menus. So no culinary wishes remain unfulfilled.

The day begins with an extensive breakfast buffet. It continues with our wellness vitality buffet in the afternoon. Your holiday day is rounded off with our 6-course gourmet choice menu in the evening.

Gourmets get their money’s worth at the Cervosa. Our pamper board takes you on a culinary voyage of discovery. The day begins with an extensive breakfast buffet with a sports corner and many healthy, but also hearty delicacies of Tyrolean cuisine.

Between 15:00 and 17:00, a delicious wellness vitality buffet with sweet & savoury dishes awaits you in our halls and on the sun terraces. After a wonderful day of holidaying, you will be welcomed in the evening by our 6-course gourmet choice menu with a choice of salads and desserts, as well as exquisite cheeses from the buffet.

A generous gourmet buffet with organic, vitality and tea corner leaves nothing to be desired. Crisp bread and pastries, crunchy fruit, freshly squeezed juices and egg dishes prepared à la minute ensure a vitamin-rich and enjoyable start to the day.

Vitality buffet between 3 pm and 5 pm with sweet and savoury dishes for the little hunger in between. In the evening you have the choice between different 6-course menus: Meat, fish or vegetarian? Choose according to your taste from our evening menu selection! In the midst of the fantastic hiking and skiing area at an altitude of 2,000 metres, right next to our Cervosa Alm, in a wonderful location on the Komperdell by the rushing mountain stream, you will find our new Kneipp and chill-out area.

The natural Kneipp facility and the Kneipp circuit ensure good circulation and have an invigorating and relaxing effect at the same time, our beach area and the spacious sunbathing area to enjoy & relax, fun & games for the little guests in the water play bay as well as refreshments and snacks in our gastro hut.

Welcome to our beach area with finest sea sand, sun chairs and umbrellas, a sunbathing lawn with comfortable loungers and parasols. A Kneipp circuit, arm and face Kneipp, natural Kneipp in the mountain stream as well as 2 children’s play bays on the Lausbach (one with sea sand and one with natural quartz sand from the stream) await you.

More than 30 kilometres of daily groomed cross-country trails, both classic and skating, await you. Start your cross-country adventure directly from the hotel and relax afterwards in our SPA area.

Snow-covered landscapes, low-hanging branches laden with snow and the crunch of cold snow under your cross-country skis. There it is, the feeling you’ve been waiting for. TOBOGGANING
What used to be used for transporting hay and straw is now a fast and fun means of transport in winter. Whether you make your way up on foot or use the ski lift – once you’ve arrived, you’ll head back down to the valley on perfectly prepared toboggan runs.

A real highlight is the tobogganing in Sefaus. Every Wednesday, the well-lit toboggan run takes you 4km down into the valley. An unforgettable experience and fun for the whole family.

Well equipped you start your tobogganing adventure in Serfaus Fiss Ladis. On foot or by train you go to the starting point – take a deep breath, two-three strong pushes and off you go. SNOWSHOESING
