Summer
In the summer Zakopane is a regular plethora of colors and a crucible of cultures. Above all, this is the time when you can admire the local architecture in all its glory, get inspired by the regional folklore and hike on the breathtaking, panoramic Tatra trails.
Popular attractions include hiking, relaxing in one of the nearby thermal pools, rafting, ballooning or having breakfast at the Level 1959 restaurant on top of the Kasprowy Wierch peak.
When visiting Zakopane, it is also worth seeing Wielka Krokiew ski jump, tasting oscypek – (a regional delight and internationally famous smoked cheese) in a genuine shepherd’s hut and enjoying highlander bands live musical performances.
Winter
Winter in Zakopane is a perfect season for all white frenzy lovers. Admiring the scenic views of the surrounding Tara peaks while skiing is an absolute pleasure. There are over 20 stations and ski resorts of varying difficulty in the immediate surroundings of the city.
There are plenty of ski schools offering ski & snowboard lessons. Undoubtedly the most important event of the season is the Ski Jumping World Cup held at Wielka Krokiew jumping hill in Zakopane. Huge crowds gather around the ski jump and the majority of the city’s inns, restaurants and bars organize fan zones.
REST LIKE ROYALTY
Aries Zakopane hotel features 99 rooms, including 28 suites, decorated in four different styles, inspired by local crafts, Tatra flora and fauna as well as world highlander folklore and travel motifs. Each room and suite is different, but they all combine functionality, design and the highest comfort.
Our Guests can indulge in a luxurious sleeping experience, taking a rest on Hypnos mattresses, a brand, which has been supplying beds for Queen Elizabeth II and other members of the British Royal Family for decades.
Tatra suite
This is the most exclusive apartment in the hotel – beauty and luxury in a clean edition. Bright and classic interiors with a local design and a real fireplace in the living room will satisfy even the most demanding.
Grand aries suite
Modern and functionally equipped the largest Apartment in the Hotel. From the large windows there is a panoramic view of the Tatra Mountains or the courtyard with the Sculpture Park. In every room there are amenities that allow you to spend time comfortably.
In a separate bedroom there is a double bed measuring 180 x 200cm (with the possibility of disconnecting into two independent, comfortable beds with dimensions 90 x 200) will provide a comfortable night’s sleep.
In addition, Grand Aries Apartments have a spacious living room, which can be used both for family spending time and for business meetings. The living room is equipped with an additional sofa bed, which can be used as an additional accommodation.
A beautiful finished interior, luxury cosmetics and free Wi-Fi and a coffee machine await guests. The price of the room also includes free access to the Wellness area (gym, swimming pool, outdoor jacuzzi and sauna complex). The rooms are non-smoking.

We encourage you to spend your spare time actively in Zakopane. If you’re new to hiking, we recommend taking a walk along Tatra valleys and hiking in the lower parts of the mountains.
We invite more experienced hikers to explore breathtaking Tatra peaks with a certified guide. Sightseeing flights on a glider, paraglider, or balloon – making you feel like a character out of “Around The World In 80 Days” also offer a great way to delight in the phenomenal panoramic views of Podhale.
Ski and Bike Rental
In order to make ski frenzy lovers content, we placed a ski rental company in our Hotel. Its offer includes a wide range of skiing equipment suitable for any skill level, snowboards and sleds for our youngest Guests. On the other hand, in the summer, we encourage you to take advantage of our bike rental.
Zakopane is a great starting point for exploring the stunning surroundings with a two-wheeled bike. The bike is also a very efficient and fast mode of transport around the town. All our bikes are state-of-the-art equipment, regularly serviced to ensure a safe and comfortable journey.
