Vista is proud to present the spectacular Ristorante Sottovoce, one of the first rooftop restaurants in the city, where in an intimate atmosphere surrounded by incomparable views guests can enjoy an unforgettable experience for the palate, eyes, and spirit.
The Chef of Ristorante Sottovoce, Stefano Mattara, an established talent in the Italian culinary scene who has worked with internationally renowned Michelin-starred chefs, presents his distinctive gastronomic philosophy through dishes characterized by an intersection of tradition and experimentation, bringing to life a gourmet cuisine with an international touch.
The ingredients, largely provided by the finest purveyors of authentic Italian specialties, are artfully combined to create an impeccable harmony of flavors, colors and textures.

Guests can opt for the Tasting Menu, or choose from our à-la-carte selections. In this new menu Chef Mattara wanted to capture the freshness and lightness of summer with “LIGHT BIO”, an organic black quinoa with a light cream of pickled peppers, dried olives, powdered thyme and vignarola; the tradition of our territory through a personal revisitation of lake perch with “BOMBE DEL LAGO”, pasta filled with perch and sage, served with Chinese mandarins and raw tomatoes; and a special innovation he calls “ORTO DOLCE”, or ‘sweet garden’, a dessert made entirely with fresh vegetables from the garden.

The Infinity experience begins with reading the menu, which proposes a delightfully unexpected thematic journey through the cocktails themselves.
An experience that will intoxicate our guests even before tasting these extraordinary concoctions, along with some of the finest Italian and international wines, spirits and brews. And we believe that part of the Infinity experience is the deliberate absence of plastic straws.
In Europe alone, more than 500 million straws are used and discarded every day. Which is why we don’t use them at Infinity Bar, preferring to offer you the option of a bamboo or metal straw on request.
