Julia & Paul are high school sweethearts who’ve lived all over the United States & have settled in Vermont with their two children & two puppies.
After Paul’s 15-year career as an Architectural Engineer & Commercial Real Estate Appraiser, both Julia & Paul received their Le Grand Diplôme de Cuisine from Le Cordon Bleu & embarked on culinary careers.
Julia worked with Boston’s Jody Adams & Restaurant Associates at Google, while Paul focused on Restaurant Associates at the Harvard Law School.
Together they bring a global perspective to local ingredients, coupled with the experience of serving some of most demanding hospitality clients in the world. Julia & Paul welcome you to their home at The Marble West Inn. We look forward to seeing you in Vermont!
