Domaine de Villeray is a perfect countryside getaway in a pristine, unspoiled environment. The hotel provides its customers with fine dining restaurant experience, wellness center and plenty of various activities such as canoeing, horse riding, mountain biking and visiting of the local farms and villages. COTTAGE
Our cottages are little independents houses but benefit from the hotel services of Domaine de Villeray. Each cottage is equiped with a wood burner or a fireplace. They are perfect for a family or friends gathering
– Le Fournil (6 pers.) :
In an annexe of the Castle, next to de Spa, this little house has 3 rooms with one on a mezzanine. 2 bathrooms. 1 kitchenette. It overlooks a courtyard but the park of the Castle is freely accessible for long walks
– La Maison de Jules (4pers.) :
In an annexe of the Castle, with a private little garden, this house has 2 independents bedrooms on single storey, a living room with a kitchen, 1 bathroom (toilets are in the bathroom)
– La Licorne (6pers.) :
This cottage has a unique location, it is located 1 km away from the Castle, in the Castle Park, with a direct view and access to nature. 3 bedrooms with one on a mezzanine, the others are side by side. 1 kitchen/dining room. 1 bathroom, separate toilet. 1 large living room.
– La Maison de Lana (5 pers.) :
A little house in front of the Watermill with a large private garden. 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor with 3 single bed and 1 double bed. A nice living/dining room. 1 kitchen
– La Maison de Nathan (4 pers.) :
The perfect place for a retreat, secluded in the Castle Park. 2 Bedrooms on the 1st floor, 1 living room,1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, separate toilet.
APARTMENT
Our apartments provide two rooms sharing one bathroom. They are located in the Mill or in the castle. Please ask upon reservation where the room will be situated.
GALANTE SUITE
Large suite with balneo bath, fireplace, small lounge and a super king size bed situated in Palace. Our Suite Galante is individually designed with view overlooking the parc.
JUNIOR SUITE
Our Suit Junior is a spacious room with bath tube. They are situated in the Mill or in the Castle. Please ask upon reservation where the room will be.
SUPERIOR ROOM
The superior rooms are located in the Mill, in the annexes of the Mill and in the Castle. Please ask us your preference, if you don’t request a specific room, your room would be randomly assigned. They all are spacious and have a bath tub. Most of them overlook the park.
RESTAURANT
The restaurant of the Domaine is located at Watermill, serves fresh and seasonal products only, therefore the menu depends on the time of the year. Our excellent chefs, Séverinne Tarenne and Stéphane Héron compose menus with touch of elegance and creativity.
Our wine list, featuring more than 400 appellations from the most beautiful French vineyards, is carefully selected by Christian Eelsen.
SPA POM
The Domaine de Villeray has a dedicated relaxation space- The Spa Pom. Its name is a tribute to Normandy’s signature product- apple.
In this approach, the spa has partnered with two products lines based on apple active ingredients such as hyaluronic acid and polyphenols. AKANE, our certified organic brand with delicate fragrances and Neaspa that focuses on the research and effectiveness of its protocols.
On the top of all, our Guests can enjoy a 14-meters’ long hydromassage swimming pool, sauna, hammam and a large relaxation area with a tea room.
HIKING
There are many interesting hiking possibilities around Domaine de Villeray. One of the most popular is “la Voie Verte”, which is ideal to ride a bycicle. We will be extremely happy to provide you with more detailed information about the hiking/ walking activities upon your arrival.
CANOEING ON THE HUISNE
What could be more exotic and relaxing than a quiet canoe trip on the river . Canoes are self-service at the Moulin. It is also possible to book a canoeing trip from the mill of Dorceau a few kilometers away.
GOLF IN PERCHE
A beautiful undulating course 15 minutes from the Domaine.
