Pioneers in the rehabilitation of the old Riads of the thousand year old city, it is as enthusiasts of our city, of our cultural and architectural heritage and of the Moroccan art of living and entertaining that we decided to restore this Riad to its original splendour.
Formerly the property of a notable of the city, this Riad was home to one of the most refined families of Fez. It is in the respect of the tradition that we restored this palace of the XIVth century to make you live a unique experience. For 20 years, we have been at the service of our clients to help them discover Moroccan traditions in this luxurious and comfortable setting.

Suite La Royale
Historically, this room was the lounge in which the housekeeper used to receive his prestigious guests.
With a ceiling height of 4.5 m, richly decorated with a carved cedar ceiling, sumptuous coloured zelliges and hand-chiselled stucco, this room is furnished with comfortable sofas designed by Piero Lissoni for Living Divani with clean lines and noble fabrics. Gayza Le Bar
To the sound of flowing water, to the freshness of fragrant orange trees, you will be tempted by a fresh, colourful and tasty menu which gives pride of place to local produce. This menu is also available every day by the pool. From 4pm onwards, a tea time menu will be offered to please even the most demanding gourmets!
All evening long, the Bar, cosy and elegant, serves Moroccan and international wines as well as a fine selection of signature cocktails. Le Rooftop Bar
The Rooftop is the highest point in the medina of Fez and offers a breathtaking view of the entire thousand-year-old city. From there, you can contemplate all the majestic buildings of the imperial city, the walls and the military fortifications.
The reflections of the setting sun, the scent of jasmine, the songs of the Muezzins and the view of the two mountains, Tghat and Zalagh, guardians of the city, will dazzle you and make this moment an unforgettable memory.
Every day, from 3pm to 11pm, a Tapas menu of fresh and original produce will be offered to accompany the wines and signature cocktails of Riad Fes.

History
Between 1880 and 1930, following the international trade liberalisation, some prominent citizens of Fez left their town to settle in Western metropolises such as Manchester, Barcelona, Lyon, Marseille, etc.
Their trade activities engendered significant cultural changes not only at the level of Fez but also at the level of Morocco in general. The layout of houses, the interior design, the dress code and the gastronomy developed rapidly and gave birth to a new lifestyle.
