The Bedrooms of the Residence consist of 5 indipendent Superior Villas with own Heated Pool. All the Superior Villas are made on two floors and have the same architecture, in particular:
The main level has a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area, as well as a relaxing sofa, turned into a queen bed and a bathroom. The lower level consists of the main bedroom with one double bed queen size, a big guardrobe, a sitting area with an angular sofa and another bathroom.
The Villa is fully equipped with individually controlled air conditioning and heating, safety box, satellite LCD TV, direct telephone, mini-bar, kettle with free tea/coffee, hairdryer, bath towels, pool towels, slippers, luxury toiletries and free wi-fi internet access.
A Welcome Drink is available upon the arrival. A complimentary Welcome Basket of fresh fruits, foods and drinks is also available. Our concern is to offer useful services to our precious guests to improve their holiday from the moment they arrive.
The Reception is located in one of the six Villas available in the Residence and it is the location of the Concierge and the Housekeeper, it open every day from 8.00 to 22.00 to accommodate our guests and to provide them with continuous assistance.
For any information or problem, our multilingual staff (English-Italian-Russian-Greek) will be ready to accept requests and resolve any kind of requests promptly.
Housekeeper
Every day the guests will have available a person responsible for the cleaning and supply of the villa’s equipment. You can ask to clean the villa, change the linen, refill the fridge and reintegrate the wellness products.
Concierge
Members of the owner family will be available to guests to assist them about the stay in the villa and to offer their pluriannual experiences in organizing recreational and cultural activities.
Private Jacuzi Pool
Each Suite has its Own Heated Pool of 4 meters in length, 2.5 meters in width and 1.2 meters in depth. The pool has two seats in one of its edges at 0.3 meters deep on which to sit and receive the massage through the Jacuzi system.
Walking tour
Here it is one of the most scenic and beloved experience that a hiking lover can live on the island, starting from the chief city of the island, Fira, it leads to Oia walking through the villages of Firostefani and Imerovigli.
Following this path affords a gorgeous view of the famous volcano and the Aegean Sea, and also allows visitors to see the four most important villages of the island.
The greater part of the path is on the rim of the Caldera, being able to dwell in places commingled of fine architecture, solitary panoramic churches and uncontrollable force of nature.
Wine Tour & Cooking Class
The wine and cooking class adventure is one of the most remarkable to live on the island. Through outstanding guides is possible to experience an excellent job describing the climate and growing style in the vineyards.
All the fun begin as soon as guests are in the wineries where to taste several of the local Santorini wines. Every guide is going to teach how to pair different wines with foods showing good and bad pairings.
Also, grapes lovers learn about the history and of course more tastings through the several companies in the island. The excursion prosecutes to a nice restaurant where is possible to learn how to prepare some traditional dishes with the chef. The providers pick guests up and drop off anywhere on the island.
Scuba Diving
Guests gear set up, all needed to do is suit up and hop on a van and boat. Guides make it very clear of the plan of action for each group at the dive site. Even though not much marine life is contained in the caldera, through a lot of rocks the dramatic successive eruptions will be shown in front of the excursionist.
The guides make sure everyone is properly weighted, geared and constantly asked for air. For many guests, the experience leads feeling like scuba Cinderella due to how helpful the guides are with leading the excursionists up and down.
Horse Riding
The assignment of some beautiful and calm horses, after a basic training on manoeuvring with guides, which help hosts feel more confident, approaches to an unexpected beauty and leads to one of most sensitive experiences of the island.
Once on the horse, realizing there will be nothing much more extraordinary to do, guests can enjoy the magnificent scenery of the surroundings since the horses are so perfectly behaved.
The tour to the beach will be a stunning way to get an intimate and exclusive look at Santorini, riding through rocky hills toward the beach.
The guides will love to stop a moment to explain certain aspects of the environment or to pose the excursionists for really beautiful pictures which will be on the album of endless memories.
Photographic Tour
For those who are recreational/beginner photographers and do not know what to expect from a photography tour, the guides attitudes make guests feel at ease till to reveal it one of the most memorable experiences on the island, also favoring the know-how for an effective use of the own cameras and offering explanations of the philosophy behind taking a photo.
And for those who that the individual knowledge of one camera and all of it’s features is not what they really need to work on, the experience allows how to take a scene and capture it so that it reflects an intimate vision. So that it tells the story that each one wants it to tell and how to use different tools to achieve that goal.
The most beautiful beaches of Santorini
Beaches with golden sand, rocky coves or volcanic sand beaches, there is something for everyone. Among the most beautiful and famous beaches of Santorini there is undoubtedly the Red Beach, so called because it has among its features the predominance of red.
Located in the south of the island, not far from the village of Akrotiri, the beach is bathed by a beautiful and pleasant warm water and is enclosed in deep red reefs. It can be reached by boat or by an impervious path to be covered through a walking path that begins just after the parking lot.
Immediately after Red Beach there is Kambia Beach, a very quiet little beach formed by white pebbles that shine under the clear water of the shore. It can be reached by sea or through a dirt road and a steep descent.
Not far from Kambia Beach is White Beach, so named for the spectacular white cliffs that surround it. The beach is small and can only be reached by sea or through an impervious path that cuts the mountain behind.
Near the lighthouse, on the extreme southern tip of the island there is the less known beach of Mesa Pigadia, a small bay covered with brown pebbles of large dimensions and bathed by clear and clean water.
Also in the south of the island, in the area of Perivolos, is the beach of Vlychada, ideal for all those who are looking for a quiet corner to relax. The beach is a stretch of black sand mixed with pumice stone surrounded by high white cliffs.
Moving northwards we find the Koloumbos beach, the naturist beach of Santorini, immersed in a marvelous natural scenery. Also to the north of the island are Katharos beach, Paradise Beach and Baxedes beach, all sandy and perfect for those who want to spend quiet moments.
Along the northwest coast, at the base of the crater in the village of Oia, lies the lovely beach of Amoudi Bay, a small picturesque bay discovered only in recent years.
Characterized by magnificent crystalline and deep waters, ideal for those who want to immerse for discovering unexpected seabeds, the beach is dominated by the characteristic red rock of Santorini, which makes the landscape particularly spectacular.
Located at the bottom of a rocky wall, it is reached by climbing a steep staircase of almost 300 steps or riding a mule. Not far from Amoudi Bay is the beach of Armeni, ideal for those who are seeking total relaxation.
Full of rocks and surrounded by a deep blue water, the beach can only be reached after walking more than 200 steps or by boat from Amoudi. Moving along the south-east coast of the island we find one of the most popular beaches of Santorini, the famous and wonderful beach of Perissa, a long stretch of black sand jagged by pebbles that stretches for several km.
Here you can practice a wide range of water sports such as water skiing, wind-surfing and diving. Immediately after the beach of Perissa is the beautiful beach of Kamari, a dark colored coastline, with small pebbles and blacks that form the beach and the seabed.
Overlooked by Mesa Vouno, an imposing rock that emerges from the water, the beach stretches for about five kilometers and is washed by a bruised-looking sea due to the presence of a low sedimented seabed.
Along the east coast there is also the beach of Monolithos, much quieter than the nearby Kamari. In spite of the volcanic origin of the island, it has a sandy beach of a lighter color than the others. The shallow water makes it perfect for families with children.
