Ranging from 35 to 82 m², the suites have a study desk, mini bar, LCD TV, DVD player, Nespresso machine, iPod dock, free wireless internet connection, 24-hour room service and a laptop-size safe.
Every morning our guest’s preferred daily newspapers are printed and served complimentarily. Our bathrooms paved with Carrara marble are modern interpretations of traditional Turkish baths. Each bathroom has a jacuzzi, floor heating, skin care products, specially woven towels and bathrobes.

A witness to the last century of the Ottoman Empire’s capital city, Tomtom Suites’ story goes back to the 1850s. The building seen today was built in 1901 as the Soeurs Garde-Malades Apartment, where there had once been an outbuilding of the French Palace, reserved for the Franciscan nuns. Tomtom Suites is an oasis where elegance meets tranquility and pure history.

Our story goes back to 1850s. The building was built as the Soeurs Garde-Malades Apartment, which had been an outbuilding of the French Palace, situated upper left of our property. When the neighborhood went through a major renovation in 2000s, the building was restored being faithful to its authenticity and obtained its fascinating appearance representing iconic moments in history.
The building has witnessed various historical milestones in time. Tomtom district is home to major diplomatic and religious constitutions for more than 6 decades. Tomtom district is one of the few areas which best represents the multi-cultural and diverse identity of Istanbul. Majority of the buildings are almost preserved as they were through the end of 1800’s.
Neighboring to our property are Palais de France, Palazzo di Venezia, the former French Court, The Dutch, Russian and Italian Consulates that used to be embassies in Ottoman Empire.
They surround Tomtom Suites with their different architectural styles emphasizing the multicultural spirit of Istanbul. Additionally, numerous art galleries, antique stores, museums, restaurants and the new attraction spot, Galataport are just a stone’s throw away from our property. The building was built as the Soeurs Garde-Malades Apartment, which had been an outbuilding of Palais de France, neighboring Palazzo di Venezia, the former French Court, the Dutch, Russian and Italian Consulates that used to be embassies in the Ottoman Empire.
1900s
Neighboring Italian Consulate and French Palace, the street still keeps the main historical look and monumental structures as they were back in 1900s. During this period, the building has been home to some well-known Levantine families and senior diplomats.
2000s
When the neighborhood went through a major renovation in 2000s, the building was restored being faithful to its authenticity and obtained its fascinating appearance representing iconic moments in history.

Luxury Suite
Our top floor exclusive suite with a private terrace having the view of Marmara Bay, Historical Peninsula, Topkapı Palace and Princes’ Islands has a separate living room, fully furnished kitchenette and a Classic Suite connection option for an extra bed and space.
Designed with custom furniture, Carrera marbled bathroom, and a circle jacuzzi along with separate rain-shower. It is 85 sqm with a huge separate living room and reaches 200 sqm with its private terrace.
All our suites have a work desk, mini bar, LCD TV, DVD player, Nespresso machine, iPod dock, free wireless internet connection, 24-hour room service and a laptop-size safe. Every suite is furnished with custom made furniture and the architectural features of the building are preserved through high ceilings and solid wooden floors.
Classic Suite
Our Classic Suites are spacious with a comfortable seating area, having a view of the courtyard and some with a street view that offer a pastoral scene in harmony with shades of green and yellow, especially in Spring. Been preserved with wooden floors, high ceilings, marble bathroom and commissioned artworks, Classic Suite option disposes a king size bed, suitable for double accommodation.
Deluxe Suite
Our Deluxe Suites are 35 to 55 sqms having a view of the courtyard and some have a garden view. This category disposes a king size bed or twin beds along with comfortable seating areas for you to relax and enjoy your room. Carrera marbled bathrooms with a jacuzzi and separate rain-shower will give you a feeling of a spa treatment after a long day of excursions.
Suite
This category has no windows in the bathroom and the sleeping area. The Carrera marbled bathrooms with floor-heating has a jacuzzi and separate rain-shower. The comfortable seating space has a window looking partially to the courtyard of the historical Pera. Ideal choice for a peaceful stay with basic features.
Standard Suite
Our Standard Suites feature a king size bed, suitable for double accommodation. The Carrera marble bathrooms are furnished with underfloor heating, also having a jacuzzi and a separate rain-shower. This cozy category has high ceilings, wooden floors and a silent courtyard view.
NICOLE RESTAURANT
In 1901, the present building was built as the Soeurs Garde-Malades (Nursing Sisters) Apartment where Franciscan nuns lived. The building, which also hosted the Levantine and Greek families until the end of 1920s, had been damaged over the years due to changes in hands and neglect.
In the early 2000s, a major restoration work started in the district and thus it became the city’s cultural, artistic, entertainment and gourmet center. The building has been restored with great respect to its origins, giving it an enchanting appearance.
Nicole Restaurant, located on the top floor of the building, is named after one of the former owners of the building, nun Agnés Marthe Nicole. Established with inspiration from the building’s historical past and today’s modern reflections, Nicole Restaurant aims to provide guests unforgettable culinary experiences on its stylish terrace presenting a breathtaking Istanbul view by blending the Traditional Turkish Cuisine concept with a unique contemporary interpretation.
