Our rooms come with the highest level of comfort, service and design and have been divided into three main categories starting with Premium, Deluxe & Panoramic to help you make the best possible choice based on your individual desires.

PREMIUM ROOM
Premium studio rooms are our base category solution. Premium Classic and Superior rooms are snug and cosy, furnished in varying and individual styles with queen-sized beds. These rooms are internal-facing offering courtyard views with the guaranteed peace and quiet from the city.
Premium Deluxe rooms are more spacious with some with Condotti Street views. Premium rooms can be situated either in our reception building or in one of our nearby penthouses all of which have their own allocated, communal, panoramic terraces, lounges and breakfast rooms.
Two types of luxury rooms are available. Choose from our Luxury Executive or Luxury Junior Suites and enjoy the extra space and amenities such as oversized King beds, instant VIP status upon booking, Condotti street view, some with Jacuzzi tubs while others have balconies or are situated in our newest and most modern penthouses directly on the famous Spanish Square.

Guests take full advantage of our five spectacular rooftop spaces for savouring a nutritious buffet breakfast or simply for lounging, depending on the specific location of the suite or apartment.
Comfortable seating surrounded by potted lemon or olive trees overflowing with seasonal flowers from which to take in the inspiring views of Rome’s elegant historic centre.
Part of the authentic Roman experience is time spent overlooking the typical tiled rooftops, the iconic Spanish Steps, and skyline accented with cupolas from one of these very special terraces.
Back at the heart of the Inn is the fully serviced lounge and terrace looking over the elegant Via Condotti leading to the Spanish Steps. Catering to guests both for breakfast, and a traditional English afternoon tea, coffee and pastries, or later on for a choice of cocktails or fine wines, the relaxing ambience is truly inspiring.
THE BREAKFAST
Whether you are situated in the main Inn or one of the neighbouring sister locations, a special breakfast area is reserved for guests in each, several having a rooftop space for breakfast.
The freshly prepared Buffet breakfast served from 6:45 to 10:30 is another highlight of a stay with us, customized also for any special needs diet and with a variety of sweet to savory selections, authentic Italian coffee, organic fruits, yogurts, cereal and quality local products.
