Our menu features many Tuscan specialities every day, such as the classic barbecued T-bone steak – Bistecca alla fiorentina – from Chianina beef. Mediterranean cuisine is not only exquisite, but also balanced, healthy and particularly easy to digest.

We serve fine wines to accompany the delicious dishes, which you may also taste in the travertine wine cellar.

The quality of a gourmet dish begins with the selection of ingredients. So, our kitchen team understands the value of sourcing as many products from the surrounding area as possible. The majority of our regional food is also organically grown.

Whether homemade bread with organic flour from the surrounding fields, home-grown olive oil, herbs from the garden or truffles, saffron and pecorino from the surrounding area, for the ADLER gourmet cuisine only top-quality ingredients are good enough.

THE WINES
Our young winery “Tenuta Sanoner” is nestled in the hills of Tuscany. A project very close to our hearts. This is where we produce first-class wines and fine olive oil according to the stringent requirements of organic farming. The Tenuta Sanoner is open for visits and tastings. THE ADLER SPA
Everyone prefers different ways and means to switch off and free themselves from pressures and burdens. The ADLER THERMAE Spa therefore offers the whole range of relaxation options: healing thermal water in the travertine quarry, peaceful rooms of silence, regenerating saunas and tantalising aromas in the steam baths.

Set in a magnificent natural landscape, our spa has a 1,000 m² area of water indoors and outdoors. Our thermal water is rich in minerals, sulphur compounds and volcanic substances, which have a proven healing and cleansing effect. Immerse yourself in an oasis of health and happiness.

THE SALT GROTTO
The 38° thermal water enriched with Dead Sea salt, cleanses your skin in the “Grotta Salina” and stimulates the circulation (pre-booking for a fee).

THE THERMAL POOLS
The water of our thermal pool contains bicarbonate and sulphate and is a balmy 36°. This high temperature enhances its healing effects on the bones, skin and joints. The thermal pool also offers a spectacular view of the countryside and a range of whirlpool features.

After a pleasant dip, relax in the warm rooms or outdoors in the sunshine. The loungers, swings and water beds in the cosy relaxation zones make a comforting place for dreaming.

THE SWIMMING POOL
Whatever the season, our 25 m sports pool in the park is the perfect place for a relaxing swim. The swimming pool also boasts a fast-flowing “Wild River” channel.

THE SAUNA
For thousands of years, people have been aware of the positive effects of heat and aromas on people. In the THERMAE sauna world, you can enjoy these healing elements in different ways. Let yourself be invigorated and gain new life energy!

Our spa features two saunas to help strengthen your immune system and purify your body: the Finnish “Panoramica” forest sauna with a view of the Tuscan hills and an organic sauna in the travertine lake.

HIKING
Just outside the ADLER Spa Resorts THERMAE the fantastic hiking world of Tuscany opens up to you. A dense network of paths leads over gentle hills, past vineyards and into the wine centres of Montalcino and Montepulciano.

Several times a week, Christina accompanies you on a hike and gives you a chance to get to know the country and its people – including tasting regional specialities. We are also happy to organise tours and tastings in the world-famous wineries.

CYCLING 
Tuscany is a particularly attractive destination for cyclists of all levels – and the ADLER Spa Resort THERMAE is the ideal starting point.

Numerous paths lead from Bagno Vignoni to wonderful natural sites and charming villages. Our GPS app or a guide will take you there. Even racing cyclists can look forward to exclusive services from us and enjoy great tours and fantastic impressions!

VAL D’ORCIA
Experience the unique Val d’Orcia, where nature, art and culture blend into a fascinating overall experience. The enchanting landscape served great artists as a motif and famous film-makers as a backdrop. In addition to the natural beauty, the UNESCO World Heritage Site offers picturesque villages, magnificent Renaissance buildings and world-famous wines – just a short drive away.

BAGNO VIGNONI 
The Etruscans and Romans already knew about the healing effects of the warm thermal water. Bagno Vignoni, the small town on the “Via Francigena” , can look back on a long bathing tradition.

Illustrious guests such as Medici Prince Lorenzo the Magnificent or Saint Catherine surrendered to the delights of the spring water long before our time. Today, the ancient tradition lives on, interpreted in a contemporary way in the steaming spa of the ADLER THERMAE.

Italy’s most important horse race, the “Palio”, is also worth seeing. Twice a year, it attracts thousands of visitors to the city and lets you feel the Senesian passion.

You have a view of the “ideal Renaissance city” from the ADLER Spa Resort THERMAE. The UNESCO World Heritage Site was built by Pope Pius II.
