ANTILLES PEARL VILLA
This 10,800 sq. ft. private villa features renovations that were finished in 2018, one large principal bedroom suite, and four additional guest bedrooms (all with king beds, TVs, and en-suite bathrooms) for a total of 5 bedrooms.
On the first floor, the spacious common area features 21-foot high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, a large dining table, multiple lounge areas, and French doors that open up to the outdoor pool area.
The second floor is broken up into two primary areas – one half boasts a fully-stocked entertainment room with a custom-made pool table, card table, and home theater section while the other half features two of the guest bedrooms.
The third floor features one palatial principal bedroom suite (with a lofted office area and private terrace) and two more guest bedrooms. The outdoor area features a heated, private swimming pool, shaded dining table, and multiple lounge/sitting areas.
Antilles Pearl also features a modern elevator lift (for seamless transportation to all floors), Bluetooth speakers in every room, a 50-foot skywalk (that overlooks the Caribbean Sea and makes it feel as if you are floating above the ocean), and a spacious rooftop terrace where guests can have cocktails or wine and cheese while watching the sunset. On clear nights, guests can enjoy spectacular views of constellations and shooting stars.
BLUE DIAMOND VILLA
This 13,000 sq. ft. villa features new renovations that were finished in November 2021, one large principal bedroom suite, four additional guest bedrooms (all with king beds, TVs, and en-suite bathrooms), and one half-bedroom (with a day bed) for a total of 5.5 bedrooms.
On the first floor, the magnificent common area features 21-foot high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, a triangular, glass-topped dining table (with seating for up to fourteen people), and a custom-built semicircle bar that includes a cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, modern appliances, and wet bar – perfect for entertaining guests or hosting a night with one of our private chefs!
The second floor features a fully-stocked entertainment room with a custom-made pool table, card tables, a ping pong table, meditation room, and a stunning ocean view.
The third floor features a private fitness center (with free weights, yoga mats, a bench, treadmill and spin bike) one small half-bedroom, four guest bedrooms, and one palatial principal bedroom suite with a lofted office area and private terrace.
The outdoor area features a heated, private swimming pool, hot tub (for up to 12 people), shaded dining table, and multiple lounge/sitting areas. The villa also features a modern elevator lift for seamless transportation to all floors.
Blue Diamond’s unique flower-shaped design is perfect for large groups because all three levels have a central common area surrounded by smaller rooms in the “petals,” or alcoves. All rooms feature SONOS Bluetooth speakers that can be controlled by the guests.
PETIT TOPAZ VILLA
Petit Topaz is a cozy duplex villa with a first floor bedroom and an additional open sleeping area upstairs. It is the most exclusive space we offer and perfect for newlyweds or a couples retreat and includes a private courtyard and lounge area with a private plunge pool.
CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST
Daily continental breakfast including fresh fruit (such as mango, blueberries, strawberries, watermelon, & cantaloupe), pastries, cereal, a variety of flavored Greek yogurts, hard-boiled eggs, toast, coffee, Illy espresso, tea & juice.
BUTLER SERVICE
Our butlers will deliver the precise level of service you expect. They can be as involved or hands-off as you’d like and offer bartending, meal delivery, travel arrangement, and beach chair set up services in addition to so much more.

Both villas feature Bluetooth sound systems (connectable from most devices) in every room in addition to outdoor sound systems that surround the pool, hot tub, outdoor dining, and sitting areas.
LAUNDRY & TURNDOWN
Our housekeepers are available for laundry, ironing and turndown services to ensure that you return to a tidy room with fluffed pillows, fresh towels, and a made bed in the evening.
PRIVATE FITNESS CENTER
Blue Diamond has a private fitness center inside of the villa and Antilles Pearl has one just a few steps behind it. Both include free weights, yoga mats, benches, treadmills and spin bikes.
TENNIS & BASKETBALL
Two regulation-sized tennis courts (w/ basketball hoops) featuring lights for night play, shaded cabana/rest areas, & court butler service. Hourly lessons are available from our resident Tennis Pro.
KAYAKS & SNORKELING

The Blue Diamond villa features a heated jacuzzi that can fit up to 12 people and the Antilles Pearl villa has access to a hot tub in the courtyard of the Petit Topaz (w/ AP + PT combination booking only).
ROOF TERRACE
Antilles Pearl features a spacious roof terrace where guests can have cocktails or wine & cheese while watching the sunset. Clear nights show spectacular views of constellations and shooting stars.

Situated in the Caribbean, one of the world’s most vulnerable regions to the impacts of climate change, Altamer Resort is committed to sustainability and the pursuing of ongoing fiscally, socially, and environmentally responsible business practices.
As such, we have taken the opportunity to offset ALL carbon emissions generated from our guests’ travel (to and from the resort) and overall stay at our villas by donating to a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization called The Ocean Foundation and their SeaGrass Grow program.
By offsetting the carbon footprint of our guests, we ensure that we are not adding to climate change and are instead defending our blue planet from it.
