Arc de Triomphe Suite
At the heart of the European capital of the Horse, the Arc de Triomphe Suite was designed to give the impression of staying in a castle. In the same French decor style, the 210m² suite has a spacious entrance hall, a corridor leading onto 3 large bedrooms, one with a four-poster bed.
The three bathrooms are clad in Carrara marble. The dining room is sumptuous and the living room exudes warmth and intimacy with its large white fireplace. Spaces and volumes are sublimated by the theme of the horse (panelling, equestrian object and wooden horses).

Executive Suite
The Condé Suite and Diane Suite at the Auberge du Jeu de Paume are a statement of pure luxury. The Auberge du Jeu de Paume pays tribute to these famous persons who propelled Chantilly onto the world stage by naming two of the hotel’s finest suites after them.
Shades of blue for the Condé Suite and plum for the Diane Suite, with terraces overlooking the Château de Chantilly park. Guests will be charmed by their remarkable Jouy fabrics, elegant woodwork, benches and Louis XV armchairs.

La Table du Connétable finds itself in a remarkable location in the heart of the Domaine de Chantilly. This gourmet restaurant is starred in the Michelin Guide.
The restaurant opens out onto the beautiful lawns and gardens of the Château de Chantilly. The elegance of the dishes rivals that of the restaurant’s setting whose windows open onto the gardens of the Domaine and the Fountain of Beauvais.
Le Jardin d’Hiver
The chic bistro at the Auberge du Jeu de Paume which is part of the Relais & Châteaux hotel network, favours unabashed gastronomy and its exquisite and desecrated cuisine are a large part of its seasonal products. “French cuisine that is both simple and refined, in a stylish and relaxed setting.

Bar at Le Jardin d’Hiver
The luxuriously furnished and intimate surroundings of the Jardin d’Hiver bar makes it a comfortable place where it feels good to spend one’s time. The warm colours, leather sofas, velvet chairs, wooden bookcases and fireplace combine to create a warm and cosy atmosphere.
TEA TIME
Team Time at the Auberge du Jeu de Paume by our Pastry Chef Michela. Enjoy a selection of pastries, cakes, sandwich and one hot beverage. Afternoon tea is served on Saturdays and Sundays from 3.30pm to 5.30pm

Meet the Chef
At only 31, Anthony Denon, has been appointed as the new Chef of l’Auberge du Jeu de Paume. From Alain Ducasse, alongside Christophe Saintagne, to Jean-François Piège; his professional journey is rich.
Anthony Denon will put his skills at the service of the La Table du Connétable as well as the Jardin d’Hiver through a refreshing and innovative cuisine. Using high-quality local produce, he will create mouth-watering meals daily.

Son of a Chef, Anthony Denon nurtured his passion for cooking from a very young age thanks to his father, beginning his apprenticeship in greatest Maisons.
During these years, Anthony Denon learned that the product must be respected and sublimated without being distorting, simply by exalting its taste. His cuisine is natural, organic and seasonal, and Anthony Denon has an only mantra: nature at the heart of the plate, and creativity as a condiment.
