Our 60 individually appointed rooms and suites are situated in the former brewhouse of the Hürlimann brewery. Each room and suite is marked by the industrial history of our house and yet so cozy and comfortable that you will feel right at home.
HÜRLIMANN SUITE, DUPLEX STYLE
For a very special stay: The Hürlimann Suite is located in the former cooler house of the brewery and offers 55 m2 of space on two floors!
On the second floor it offers a king size bed and free-standing bath tub. On the first floor an open bathroom, dining area and living room with a bar, as well as an outdoor area, where smoking is permitted.
JUNIOR SUITE
If you like spacious accommodations and are spending several nights in Zurich, you will feel right at home in our junior suite in the former brewhouse. Enjoy 52m2 of space with a king size bed, a separate living room, an open bathroom with bathtub and an additional rest room.
HÜRLIMANN EXECUTIVE FAMILY
If you are traveling as a family with 1 or 2 children, choose a Hürlimann Executive Family room with king size bed and additional sofa bed (120cm) for max. 2 children as well as an open bathroom with bathtub. All of these rooms are located in the former mash house. The room size is 30-37 sqm.
B2 BOUTIQUE ROOMS
Are you traveling alone and will you be in Zurich for a short time only? Then we recommend a B2 Boutique Room with queen size bed and open bathroom, offering 24-28m2 of space in the former mash house of the brewery.
BOTTLE HOLDERS BECOME CHANDELIERS
In our Wine Library the history and spirit of the former brewery is also very present. Have a seat next to towering book shelves with more than 33’000 books and under spectacular chandeliers made from original Hürlimann beer bottles.

Our varied, Swiss breakfast buffet ist served in the Wine Library. From breakfast until late at night we also serve small dishes from cheese plates or pasta dishes to beef burgers – accompanied by the drink of your choice, a great wine from Swiss vineyards, or a fresh, cold Hürlimann beer.
BREAKFAST WITH SWISS SPECIALTIES
Our breakfast offers a large variety of regional cheese and meat specialties from the Swiss mountains, fresh bread, fruit and vegetables, housemade Birchermüesli and various juices.
We serve egg dishes freshly prepared according to your wishes as well as coffee, tea, or chocolate. A special highlight is the trout filet from fish raised in natural ponds of our region.

The cooling compressor and other historic machines of Sulzer Winterthur are witnesses to history in this once largest beer brewery in Switzerland. The old and elaborately decorated tile floor is also a beautiful aspect of this unusual event venue.

THE WORLD OF WATER
The thermal waters of the Aqui source come from deep in the earth below Zurich and are exceptionally rich in minerals good for relaxation and wellbeing.
The old stone vaults under the B2 Hotel used to house Hürlimann beer in great oaken casks.
Today they offer gigantic wooden basins with warm thermal waters for your bathing enjoyment. Immerse yourself in this world of water and enjoy massage nozzles, bubble seats, and whirlpools; the emerald bath, the meditation bath, the steam bath or the Kneipp zone.
Or relax under the open sky in the warm infinity pool on the roof of the former brew house – and enjoy one of the most beautiful views on Zurich.

THE IRISH-ROMAN SPA RITUAL
This spa ritual combines various antique bathing cultures into one unique and relaxing wellness experience in a very special ambiance. In ten successive stations your body will be slowly warmed, cleaned, relaxed and cooled down again: Begin with a gentle flowering steam bath, followed by a whole-body peeling.
The ensuing herbal steam bath and hot bath serve to purge and detox – they are followed by a recovery phase and lounging on warm pedestals.
In the roman bath you will enjoy bubbling warm water, followed by a slow cool-down with a few rounds in the swimming pool and another recovery phase on the warm lounge pedestals. The ritual finishes with relaxation in the «ballroom» and the spa lounge.
