The interior and exterior space has been formed in an elegant and luxurious way perfectly harmonized with the dreamy natural environment to offer comfort and luxury that the discerning traveler would seek. It is the only accommodation in Western Greece that has been awarded the European Ecolabel.
The complex consists of 3 villas independent and fully equipped, ideally located on the mountainside with stunning views, between the scenic fishing village of Agios Nikitas and Kathisma beach which has been awarded worldwide for its unique beauty.
The villas are built with walls 50-60 cm of thickness. The frames are made of wood and double glazing. The floors are marble, the roofs of wood or kourasani. Each villa has a separate private pool (with ozone-UV installation and rarely chlorine), and opposite swimming.
Terraces and the surrounding area are with wooden deck. For water management, each villa has 1 K3 8 tank that collects rainwater from the roofs. The wastewater management is done by biological treatment.
All paints are eco labeled. The lighting, exterior – interior, has economy lamps. The underfloor heating, the cooling and domestic hot water are provided by a heat pump with minimum power consumption.
The parking lot is located at the top, while a downhill road and parallel stairs serve the communication of the buildings between them and the path to the beach, which is approximately 100 meters.
Each villa has a fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa – double bed (except VILLA POSEIDON 3), which can accommodate two people, large closets , LCD TV, 2 bedrooms, with independent WC with jacuzzi – Turkish bath in the one and a shower at the other.
The linen sheets are pure cotton and bed-mattresses are ecological, with the double having dimensions of 180×200 and the single of 90×200. In the large verandas there is a swimming pool with sea view and plenty of space for visitors to enjoy the magnificent surroundings and experience great moments.
All 3 villas have been built with luxurious simplicity, the architecture with ecological interventions in construction using stone inside – outside in natural lighting – ventilation, mechanical equipment in the water and waste management as well as customer needs to unprecedented holidays .
The villas can meet every need of the visitor. All areas, the bedrooms on the ground floor with autonomous bathrooms and the living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen is furnished and decorated to offer the most pleasant, comfortable and luxurious stay.
Villa Aphrodite
The villa can accommodate up to 6 people on three levels. In the ground floor space is the only ambente for the kitchen, fully equipped, and the living room with a folding sofa bed to accommodate 2 more people. On the 1st floor of the villa there is a bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with shower.
An internal staircase leads from the single kitchen-living room, the bedroom overlooking the pool, furnished with a double bed eche gives access to the main bathroom with sauna and whirlpool for unique relaxation and tranquility. People guests: up to 6 people.
Villa Cronus
The ground floor consists of 1 bedroom with double bed that can accommodate 2 people and the main bathroom with bath – steam room. In the open space of the living room there is a sofa bed which can accommodate another 2 people.
Moreover, on the ground floor there are the dining room and the kitchen. On the 1st floor of the villa are the bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and also another single bed. Hosted people: Up to 7
Villa Poseidon
The third villa of the complex consists of three levels. Downstairs is the living room with the TV set and it is connected to the swimming pool and vast terrace enjoying the splendid view of the sky and the sea which are united in a wonderful way.
On the 1st floor there is a room with two single beds, which can accommodate 2 people and bathroom with shower. It is connected to a covered terrace of 16 m2.
Going down a level is the kitchen with the dining area, the main bathroom with Jacuzzi and a steam room, a double bedroom and a view of the bottom of the pool. The outdoor area consists of the spacious wooden deck terraces. Hosted people: Up to 4
Lefkada
Lefkada, the island that enchants every visitor. The vast wooded areas, deep blue waters of the Ionian sea, the sun shines so bright above the island by day and the sweet light of the moon every night fills the sky creating the perfect setting for your dream vacation.
The idyllic island belongs to the Ionian complex. The particular element of Lefkada is that it is the only island that has road access, so it is known as the “mainland island”. Olympia and Ionia Street have recently transformed road transport making it more than comfortable and have minimized access time.
It is the fourth largest island in the Ionian Sea and covers an area of 302.5 sq. Km. It is located 100 m. from Akarnania and, thus, connected by a floating bridge.
The island of Lefkada with the surrounding islands Meganisi, Kalamos, Kastos, Scorpios, Madouri, Thilia, Sparta and Kythro form the Prefecture of Lefkada. Its capital is the city of Lefkada and is divided into six municipalities and two communities.
Lefkada is an island with endless natural beauties. It is a whole natural attraction with seaside towns and villages, built in the green nature. The mountains of the island comprise significant habitats in which many rare species of plants, birds and mammals live while one can come across dozens of caves, waterfalls and springs.
Lefkada has many picturesque beaches characterized by turquoise waters which are amongst the most beautiful ones in the entire Mediterranean. On the west coast, the famous beach Porto Katsiki has often been voted by the most international travel magazines as the most beautiful Mediterranean beach.
The island is renowned for its famous embroidery and weavings made by women mostly in Karya. Traditional cuisine of Lefkada bourdeto, cod Bianco, the smelt-pie the frygadeli, the Eglouvi lentils and various delicious pies.
The island has gained world glamour, to a large extent due to the fondness that Aristotle Onassis felt for it. It is no coincidence that the Greek Croesus chose to create his personal paradise in this place.
Scorpio, the famous island of Onassis, which hosted some of the great figures of modern history is located opposite Nydri. Recently, the Russian Croesus Rimpolovlef bought the “legend” island from Onassis’ granddaughter.
St. Nikitas
A beautiful village characterized preservable. It is located 14km southwest of Lefkada. The traditional houses, picturesque narrow paths and hospitable people staying true to the traditional way of life, crate an idyllic picture.
The village has a beautiful sandy shore, and 2km away, is located Kathisma beach, one of the most cosmopolitan in the island. Agios Nikitas is built at the end of a forest, full of age-long olive trees, where cars are not allowed.
During the last years, the region has evolved to tourist resort. More and more visitors choose Agio Nikita, for their vacation, as it combines calmness to the close distance from the town and the rest tourist regions of Lefkada.
Kathisma Beach
Kathisma beach is a continuation of Agios Nikitas beach. It is 14 km east of Lefkada Town. This beach is organized, with sun beds and water sports available. It is near amenities of shops, restaurants and bars.
The beach is beautiful, long and sandy and has a unique color of water – a magnificent turquoise shade that looks like it has been mixed with bleach. The whole beach is surrounded by cliffs, providing a dramatic landscape.
Porto Katsiki Beach
Porto Katsiki, the best known beach, is today considered one of the most outstanding in the whole of Europe. This is a beach of exceptional beauty, famed the world over. Located 9 km near the village of Athani, here you will find green-blue, crystal-clear and brilliantly clean waters, with white sand hidden beneath the steep cliffs; it is revealed to the visitor as he slowly descends the steps which bring him down to the beach.
This unique landscape is so spectacular that it will be inscribed forever in the memory of whoever visits this beach, whether he approaches it from the land or by boat from the sea.
Pefkoulia Beach
Pefkoulia beach is also sometimes known as Agios Nikitas, as it is so close to this village. It is considered by many to be one of the best beaches on Lefkada and the sea is a stunning turquoise color.
It is a very easily accessible beach, which has both sand and shingles. It is a spacious beach so although it can get busy in peak season you will never feel crowded. There can be strong currents here so please be careful when swimming. There are two taverns here and space to park your car.
Milos Beach
Mylos is one of the most beautiful, clean and quite beaches of Lefkada. It is found on northwestern of Agios Nikitas, with length of 730 m and width of 80 m. Mylos is very popular and its visitors come mostly from Agios Nikitas.
There is not road for cars and the only ways that its visitors can reach it is through walking a path or by boat. Is only 3 minutes walk (going down) and 10 – 12 minutes (going up) from Beyond Villas, where there is access through a 100 m path.
The beach has both shingles and sand and catches the sun all day long, perfect if you want to spend the day sunbathing. The sea is steeply shelving here, so please pay attention to your children and bear in mind it might not be suitable for them to swim here.
There are no facilities here, so you will have to make sure you bring any food and drink that you will need with you.
